Hello Hive,
Happy new Month of June that began on a Sunday.
This year is gradually and consistently moving fast and faster than we know. Like a joke, we are already here in the Month of June, that's to say, we are already in the midst of the year.... 2025.
Ouch, woohoo, 🎉🎉, hehe, lolz.... 😂 It makes me happy that it's already getting into two years..that I joined Hive ecosystem 👍💪.
Did you know that in some weeks from now, i will be turning two years in Hive. This is my birth Month in Hive ecosystem... It's amazing and a good News to me.
A Heap of cassava from the farm as we have just come back home.
Don't just worry yourself... I will loud it very soon!
On the very date of my HIVE birthday, i will loud it, i will roll out my hive birthday drums for my celebration. I can't forget how i was running around the roads, track roads, avenues and the bushes in hive ecosystem, trying to grasp, understand and know exactly how to get through in hive and be established squarely in hive. It was hard for me but I'm getting through gradually.
You know that hive blockchain has an unsearchable, thickest forests of wisdom and knowledge that if you don't take time to study intentionally, you may not know much in here, you will keep roaming around.
That's me in the farm as I pulled cassava out from the soil, thank God....ooo😂.
I was running helter skelter trying to know the particular nitch i could grasp and move forward. It was very hard to have a complete knowledge of so many integral aspects of hive... That could make one stand out and firm to make hiving a complete business and a joy.
Anyway, that is a blog for another day untill that day and time.
O well, my focus today is about my cassava harvesting, you know already that cassava is a root crop that the stems are planted but when harvest comes, the stems will all turn out and become great root crops... Very attractive, artistry, nice and amazing.
My cassava, fruitful harvest With many babies, all of them fat and attractive.
I was pointing at the very eye through which cassava stems grow from when planted into the soil.
These are cassava stems I have already cut ready for planting.
That was me planting cassava stems in the farm.
Only God and nature can answer the question about what usually happens while the stems are cut and planted into the soil that are suitable for crop manufacturing. Only when it's time to get the harvest, you pull them up and get the root crops from the ordinary stems planted into the soil. It's surprising, but that's how it has been years without numbers.
My growing cassava stems in the farm.
I planted some cassava stems last year match that has become one year and two months precisely. It's a root crop that supposed to be harvested from one year or more than one year from the plantation.
I decided to harvest mine, you just have to come and see what my eyes saw, the ordinary stems i planted one year ago has turned into serious and unbelievable rewarding crops.
That's me harvesting my bountiful, fruitful cassava, I was surprised and happy beyond measures, I never knew it could be this fruity
Packed into wheelbarrow ready to go home.
My cassava crops were bountifully okay.... Mighty cassava roots, big, fat and very long in appearance and are quality cassava root crops. Many of them were having more cassava babies than having only one crop. It wowed me and also all the passersby were also very much impressed...i never thought they could become such a bountiful reward... I know i was expecting fruitful and fruity harvest but i never knew they could become such a spectacular sight for everyone including my very self.
This is myself peeling the outer back, getting them ready to be turned into garri.
There's nothing that makes a farmer or a gardener very happy, fulfilled and ever wanting to continue planting like when your previous harvest are fruitful or fruity. This has ever given me the courage and the persuasion to continue planting again this year, I have done many plantings this year.
Many of them being peeled out.
I even planted on more farm landscapes, having up to 3 different cassava large places i planted this year, I'm glad about it and i believe they will produce more than this very ones I'm talking about in this content.
Thank you my people for coming around to view, and comment on my content today.
In this month of June, we all are believed to do greater works together as a family, thank you!
My special regard goes to the admin of this community and the hard working team members, thank you all.
