Hace poco les compartí un poco de mi aventura el otro día, cuando salí a caminar; hoy vengo a contarles por qué hice esta caminata, que andaba buscando.
Y es que, como bien saben, ando con mi dieta, sin azúcar ni gluten, algo que me ha costado mucho, pero todo sea por mi bienestar, aunque hay personas que no entienden esto, de igual manera, debo pensar en mi bien, y seguir enfocándome en mantener mi dieta, lo más saludable posible.
Bueno, por otra parte, dejar el dulce es lo que más nos cuesta, así como el pan, porque, como dicen por allí, café sin pan jajaja, es por ello que me he propuesto hacer mis recetas, usando en este caso ingredientes sin gluten; sin embargo, los productos sin gluten son sumamente costosos, yo no entiendo por qué, sobre todo en mi país.
Sin embargo, siempre se puede hacer algo, yo he estado usando la avena sin gluten, pero pueden creer, que me ha costado conseguirla, por lo menos en los sitios cercanos, no ha llegado mas, es por ello que me toco salir a caminar, buscar en otros lugares, hasta dar con ella.
Y es que la mayoria de los supermercados venden la avena normal, eso si, de todo tipo de marcas, me encontre esta seccion en supermercado, repleto de avenas de todo tipo, pero no la que yo estaba buscando.
Lo mas ironico, es que luego de haberme lanzado mi gran caminata, cuando venia de regreso a mi casa, encontre la avena que uso, en otro supermercado, donde menos me imagine que encontraria, y entre de casualidad a ver, que cosas no, y por supuesto, un poco mas barata. 😣
Lamentablemente en Venezuela, todos los negocios tienes sus precios diferentes, de los mismos productos, algunos mas baratos, otros mas caros, por eso, al momento de salir a comprar, toca recorrer varios sitios, hasta conseguir el mas economico, de la misma marca, aunque no lo crean, es una locura pero es asi.
En fin, por lo menos ya se donde puedo conseguir mi avena, espero mas adelante, llegue a los locales cercanos, asi no tengo que caminar tanto, porque si me gusta, pero no tanto jajaja.
Bueno amigos, esto era el cuento que le tenia pendiente, y ustedes como hacen para conseguir sus productos, deben caminar asi para encontrarlos, los leo.

I recently shared a little bit about my adventure the other day when I went for a walk. Today, I'm here to tell you why I went on this walk, what I was looking for.
As you know, I'm on a diet, without sugar or gluten, something that has been very difficult for me, but it's all for my well-being. Although there are people who don't understand this, I still have to think about my own good and continue to focus on maintaining my diet as healthily as possible.
Well, on the other hand, giving up sweets is what we find most difficult, as well as bread, because, as they say, coffee without bread, ha ha ha. That's why I've decided to make my own recipes, using gluten-free ingredients in this case. However, gluten-free products are extremely expensive, and I don't understand why, especially in my country.
However, there is always something you can do. I have been using gluten-free oats, but believe me, it has been difficult to find them, at least in nearby stores. They haven't been in stock, so I have had to go out and walk around, looking in other places until I find them.
Most supermarkets sell regular oats, of course, of all kinds of brands. I found this section in the supermarket, full of all kinds of oats, but not the one I was looking for.
The most ironic thing is that after setting out on my long walk, when I was coming back home, I found the oats I use in another supermarket, where I least expected to find them, and I went in on a whim to see what they had, and of course, they were a little cheaper. 😣
Unfortunately, in Venezuela, all stores have different prices for the same products, some cheaper, others more expensive. That's why, when you go shopping, you have to visit several places until you find the cheapest one for the same brand. Believe it or not, it's crazy, but that's how it is.
Anyway, at least I know where I can get my oatmeal. I hope it will be available in nearby stores soon, so I don't have to walk so far, because I like it, but not that much, ha ha ha.
