Yesterday I gave you a little preview of what I was doing, and the thing is that my friend 
For example, the exact measurements of each ingredient, identifying which product is good, the quality, and all that, those little tricks, my friend shared in this course.
Here she explained to us how to prepare the gelatin mixture, the tricks to make it this crystal clear, the mixture with milk, among other details.
The course had its theoretical part, and then practical; at the beginning she showed how to handle the injector, which is one of the main instruments, to create these designs within the gelatin.

For this, you need to have a lot of agility, patience, and creativity, above all, a good command of the syringe, in order to be able to make each design in it. I confess that it was a bit difficult for me, I made the attempt, well, we all did, of course, since it was the first time, it wasn’t going to be completely successful, however, there we managed to create something beautiful.😍
One of the designs was to create a floral gelatin, in this case, the idea was to make a sunflower, well, it didn’t come out for all of us hehe, everyone was joking, some said it looked like a daisy, others with the green leaves, some horchata leaves and so on, without a doubt it was worth it, because seeing the final result, we were amazed at how well it turned out.

On the other hand, he also showed us how to recreate a gelatin with different shapes; in this case, he showed us how to make it in the shape of a bottle.

This was one of the jellies I made, and the thing is you can also transfer images to the jelly, as you well know. I chose this character from the famous series Stranger Things. The girl didn't match the background of the jelly, but still, it turned out great, don't you think. 😍

Lastly, I even received my certificate, how about that, well now I can make jellies, although as I told my friend, in my case, I would try to make them healthy, without sugar hehe.
Anyway, I am very grateful for my friend, for this day, I needed it, although she doesn't know it. These days I have felt quite discouraged, tired, with a horrible fatigue that I don't know how to manage, although they say it is normal for my condition. So, yesterday I gathered strength and encouraged myself to go out, and I am glad I did, it was a different day, full of learning, laughter, and good company. 🙏
By the way, I took advantage of bringing my famous healthy quinoa cookies, everyone loved them, I thought they wouldn't like them, but they did hehe, and believe it or not, I didn't take any photos of them, I don't know how I forgot that, but oh well...😩

Feliz domingo de Ramos, mi gente activa de Hive, hoy es un día para descansar, reflexionar y bueno estar tranquilos, como debe de ser.
Ayer les adelante un poquito de lo que andaba haciendo, y es que mi amiga
Por ejemplo las medidas exactas, de cada ingrediente, identificar que producto es bueno, la calidad, y todo eso, esos pequeños trucos, mi amiga los compartió en este curso.
Aquí ella nos explico como preparar la mezcla de la gelatina, los trucos para que quede así de cristalina, la mezcla con la leche, entre otros detalles.
El curso tuvo su parte teórica, y luego practica, al comienzo ella mostro como manejar la inyectadora, la cual es uno de los instrumentos principales, para realizar estos diseños dentro de la gelatina.

Para esto hay que tener mucha agilidad, paciencia y creatividad, sobre todo, un buen dominio de la jeringa, para poder realizar cada diseño en la misma, confieso que a mi me costo un poco, hice el intento, bueno todos lo hicimos, por supuesto que por ser la primera vez, no se iba a lograr del todo, sin embargo, allí logramos crear algo bonito.😍
Uno de los diseños era crear una gelatina floral, en este caso, la idea era hacer un girasol, bueno no a todos nos salió jeje, todos echaban broma, algunos decían que parecía una margarita, otros con las hojas verdes, unas hojas de horchata y así, sin duda valió la pena, porque al ver el resultado final, nos asombramos de lo bien que quedo.

Por otra parte, también nos mostro como se puede recrear una gelatina con diferentes formas, en este caso, nos mostro como realizar esta en forma de botella.

Esta fue una de las gelatinas que hice, y es que también se puede transferir imágenes a la gelatina, como bien saben, yo escogí este personaje la famosa serie Stranger Things, la chica, no pegaba con el fondo de la gelatina, pero aun así, quedo genial, no creen. 😍

Por ultimo hasta recibí mi certificado, que tal, bueno ya puedo ponerme hacer gelatinas, aunque como le dije a mi amiga, en mi caso, buscaría hacerlas así tipo saludable, sin azúcar jeje.
En fin, estoy muy agradecida por mi amiga, por este día, me hacia falta, aunque ella no lo sabe, estos días me he sentido bastante desanimada, cansada, con una fatiga horrible, que no se como manejarla, aunque dicen que por mi condición es normal, entonces, el día de ayer saque fuerzas y me anime a salir y me alegro haberlo hecho, fue un día diferente, lleno de aprendizaje, risas, y buena compañía. 🙏
Por cierto, aproveche de llevar mis famosas galletas saludables, de quinoa, todos quedaron encantados, pensé que no gustaría, pero si jeje, y aunque no lo crean, no le tome fotos, no se como se me paso eso, pero buee...😩
