Hi, Hive! It's me again back again with another “Starting a Healthy Lifestyle” blog. Enjoy reading!
This blog is all about ✨ Starting a Healthy Lifestyle: A Morning Walk With My Mother Day 6 ✨
When we started this journey of starting a healthy lifestyle, I wasn't really sure if I can do it. In my previous blogs, I always say that starting a healthy lifestyle isn't easy and it's really not for the weak like me. But, now that I'm already in my 6th day, I can finally say that it's now easy since Im already used to it.
The Day 1 to 5 blogs are already posted. If you haven't read it, kindly visit my profile. Thank You.
STARTING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DAY 6
One lovely morning, I woke up full of determination to be healthy. I even woke up before my first alarm sounded, which is weird since back then I would always snooze my first alarm. When my mother knocked on my bedroom door. I was already ready to start our morning walk. She was so surprised when she saw me already dressed up for our morning walk.
We started at exactly 5:11.
It was still dark but it's already enough for us to see the beauty of my beloved hometown.
This is my mother.
She's not wearing my father jersey this time.
1.5 KM
and no single sweat was seen on my body. Which is weird because I would always sweat when I walk half a kilometer.
Fiesta is over.
Last picture of the peryahan. See you next year!
Our route is still the same which is at the back of San Remigio Sports Complex.
Behind the sports complex, the San Remigio New Public Market and the Night Market is located. There's also a hill with three roads (I don't know where it's connected though).
We decided to climb up the hill.
My mother said to take a picture of her back while climbing up the hill.
This is me and my mom at the top of the hill.
And this is the beautiful view.
My Simple Morning Walk Fit Check.
After an hour, we decided to walk back home.
This is our Day 6 Stats.
This is a late post. I don't know if there will be a Day 7 or 8 or 9 and so on since we are so busy. We're busy to the point that we can't continue our morning walk anymore.
That's all for this blog. Thank you for reading!
