¡Hola Hola Comunidad! Como sabrán hace unos meses les comenté que había iniciado mis segundas pasantías profesionales, ésta vez en el área Organizacional, las cuales me tenían muy emocionado porque ésta es mi área favorita de la psicología, y aunque realmente aún no he terminado porque mi fecha de culminación es el 22 de diciembre (sí, me toca ir en vacaciones), estaba muy emocionada de contarles como ha sido la experiencia, así que aprovechando que ya me quedan pocas semanas, decidí venir a contarles cómo han sido estos meses y cómo éstas pasantías me han dejado nuevas amistades que jamás imaginé que llegarían a mi vida 💕.

As you may know a few months ago I told you that I had started my second professional internship, this time in the Organizational area, which had me very excited because this is my favourite area of psychology, and although I have not really finished yet because my completion date is December 22nd (yes, I have to go on vacation), I was very excited to tell you how has been the experience, I have to go on holidays), I was very excited to tell you how the experience has been, so taking advantage of the fact that I have only a few weeks left, I decided to come and tell you how these months have been and how these internships have left me new friendships that I never imagined would come into my life 💕.
Definitivamente muchas cosas han pasado en estos meses, yo ya les he contado algunas de ellas, pero en cuanto se unieron las pasantías con el regreso a clases, el tiempo se me complicó el doble y a duras penas he podido traerles algunas publicaciones, la verdad es que estas últimas semanas han sido medio tranquilas en cuanto a actividades de pasantías, sin embargo lo que fue todo el mes de octubre fue absolutamente caótico, tuvimos muchas fechas importantes tanto para la institución donde estoy como pasante, como también fechas importantes para Psicología. Tuvimos el día Mundial del Corazón, que yo les hice una publicación acerca de eso, además tuvimos el Día Mundial de la Salud Mental, y aunque propiamente yo no estuve en la actividad que se hizo para ese día, sí participé en un video que se usó en esa actividad, y estuve en clínica Razzeti con una pausa activa de estiramiento como parte de las actividades para conmemorar éste día.
Many things have definitely happened during these months, I have already told you about some of them, but as soon as the internships were combined with the return to classes, my time became doubly complicated and I have barely been able to bring you some publications, the truth is that these last few weeks have been rather quiet in terms of internship activities, however, the whole month of October was absolutely chaotic, we had many important dates both for the institution where I am an intern, as well as important dates for Psychology. We had World Heart Day, which I wrote a publication about, we also had World Mental Health Day, and although I wasn't actually in the activity that was done for that day, I did participate in a video that was used in that activity, and I was in the Razzeti clinic with an active stretching break as part of the activities to commemorate this day.

Tuve la oportunidad de hacer un proceso de “selección” grupal, y lo pongo en comillas porque los aspirantes eran pasantes y técnicamente ya estaban aprobados 🤣, el proceso era más protocolar, pero aún así fue una experiencia que me permitió aplicar instrumentos de evaluación de forma grupal, cosa que nunca había hecho, hacer un proceso de entrevista lo más agilizado posible y además hacer corrección de instrumentos y redacción de informes de manera masiva 🤣, de verdad que fue una super experiencia a nivel organizacional que jamás olvidaré, definitivamente un gran aprendizaje profesional 🤓. Aún así la experiencia más linda que me ha dejado ésta pasantía han sido las amistades formadas, tuve la oportunidad de compartir por varias semanas con dos pasantes de la Universidad Nacional Yacambu, que es la otra universidad que imparte la carrera de psicología, y de verdad que han sido unos increíbles compañeros 💕, ellos acabaron sus pasantías éste viernes así que ya nos despedimos, pero además de compartir con ellos, también lo he hecho con dos chicas del décimo semestre que están cumpliendo con sus últimas pasantías 🥺🥺, con ellas seguiré compartiendo durante éstas semanas que me quedan, porque de hecho nosotros nos vamos y ellas se quedan por más tiempo, pero de verdad que la experiencia de convivir con muchos pasantes ha sido maravilloso 💕.
I had the opportunity to do a group "selection" process, and I put it in quotes because the applicants were interns and technically they were already approved 🤣, the process was more protocol, but it was still an experience that allowed me to apply evaluation instruments in a group, something I had never done before, to do an interview process as streamlined as possible and also to correct instruments and write reports in a massive way 🤣, it was really a great experience at an organizational level that I will never forget, definitely a great professional learning 🤓. I had the opportunity to share for several weeks with two interns from the Universidad Nacional Yacambu, which is the other university that teaches psychology, and they really have been incredible companions 💕, they finished their internships this Friday so we said goodbye, but in addition to sharing with them, I have also shared with two girls from the tenth semester who are completing their last internships 🥺🥺, I will continue sharing with them during these remaining weeks, because in fact we are leaving and they are staying for longer, but really the experience of living with many interns has been wonderful 💕.
