- Good evening friends, welcome back to my blog... After enjoying an unforgettable vacation with my daughter for 2 months, I am returning to Caracas this week. I am trying to make the most of the time I have left on the island to visit some places that I still don't know and others that I loved.
- Buenas noches amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... Les cuento que luego de haber disfrutado durante 2 meses de unas vacaciones inolvidables junto a mi hija, ésta semana me regreso a caracas. Estoy tratando de aprovechar al máximo el tiempo que me queda en la isla y así lograr visitar algunos lugares que todavía no conozco y otros que me encantaron.
- We used to have breakfast every weekend in a place that is well known in Pampatar for its tasty empanadas, there are several places where you can sit outdoors and share with the family an exquisite breakfast, it is a very simple and picturesque place. The first time we visited this place we decided to try the empanadas of each place, to decide where they were more delicious, the truth is that it was difficult to choose because all the cooks have a different seasoning, but each one puts a special touch to the filling. Something I really enjoyed was the spicy sauce, since they use a very aromatic sweet chili, which is not usually found in Caracas, which is the margariteño sweet pepper. I can assure you that I came back without cravings for empanadas, since every weekend I ordered 2 empanadas and enjoyed them without any remorse! haha
- Teníamos como costumbre desayunar todos los fines de semana en un lugar que es muy conocido en Pampatar por sus sabrosas empanadas, existen varios locales donde puedes sentarte al aire libre y compartir en familia de un exquisito desayuno, es un lugar muy sencillo y pintoresco. La primera vez que visitamos éste lugar decidimos probar las empanadas de cada local, para así decidir en donde eran mas deliciosas, la verdad que fue difícil escoger, porque todas las cocineras tienen un sazón diferente, pero cada una le pone un toque especial al relleno. Algo que disfruté muchísimo fue la salsa picante, ya que utilizan un ají dulce muy aromático, que no suele encontrarse en caracas, que es el ají dulce margariteño. Puedo asegurar que me regreso sin antojos de empanadas, ya que cada fin de semana pedía 2 empanadas y las disfrutaba sin ningún remordimiento! jaja
- Whenever I visited this place they always offered me natural juices, but I always asked for lemon juice, this time I decided to try a natural juice, the man who prepares the juices came and explained the variety of fruits he had, he recommended me a very exotic combination, it was an orange juice, with pineapple and carrot, I found it quite interesting to try this contrast of flavors, the truth was fascinated with this tropical juice! This gentleman has a very cheerful personality, while he was preparing the juice he told me some anecdotes about the fishermen of the island, he also improvised the moment with some jokes and ended up singing a beautiful song of Simón Díaz... There are definitely people who try to transform their life into the best experience and transmit that happiness to others!
- Siempre que visitaba éste lugar me ofrecían jugos naturales, pero siempre pedía papelón con limón, en ésta ocasión decidí probar un jugo natural, el señor que prepara los jugos se acercó y nos explicó la variedad de frutas que tenía, me recomendó una combinación muy exótica, se trataba de un jugo de naranja, con piña y zanahoria, me pareció bastante interesante probar ésta contraste de sabores, la verdad quedé fascinada con éste jugo tropical! Éste señor tiene una personalidad bastante alegre, mientras preparaba el jugo me contó algunas anécdotas de los pescadores de la isla, también improvisó el momento con algunos chistes y terminó cantando una hermosa canción de Simón Díaz... Definitivamente hay personas que intentan transformar su vida en la mejor experiencia y transmiten esa felicidad a los demás!
