I am committed, to be grateful for every sunrise, to live one day at a time in a positive way. That's why I share with you moments practicing yoga, encouraging myself in a healthy way and always with good company.
I learned that one of the best medicines we have at our disposal is Yoga, because it allows us to balance mind and body. Thus we become aware of habits, tensions, unconscious functions and explore if they serve us at that moment, we learn to connect mind and breath with each movement and posture.
Si bien hago ejercicios con la practica del yoga, cuido mi alimentación, puesto que es clave para mantener una vida saludable. Por esa razón me esfuerzo en mantener una dieta equilibrada y variada, esencial para proporcionarle a mi cuerpo los nutrientes necesarios para su correcto funcionamiento.
Although I exercise with yoga, I take care of my diet, since it is key to maintain a healthy life. For that reason I strive to maintain a balanced and varied diet, essential to provide my body with the necessary nutrients for its proper functioning.
Queridos hivers, estoy plenamente convencida que para llevar una vida sana es fundamental adoptar hábitos saludables en cuanto a la alimentación, el deporte y el cuidado personal y mental. Dear hivers, I am fully convinced that to lead a healthy life it is essential to adopt healthy habits in terms of food, sports and personal and mental care.
