Hola. Tengo bastantes fotos de mis días de semana santa, y quise de alguna forma hacer una entrada para publicarselas. Y es que, esta semana santa fue diferente, a mi novio le ofrecieron trabajar, y pude acompañarlo un par de días donde debía realizar ese trabajo en la playa, lo cual me gustó bastante.
Hi. I have quite a few photos from my Easter break, and I wanted to write a post to share them with you. This Easter was different; my boyfriend was offered a job, and I was able to spend a couple of days with him at the beach, where he had to do the work, which I really enjoyed.
En semana santa la mayoría dispone su tiempo para ir a la playa, y nosotros realmente tratamos de ir a los lugares menos concurridos, por ser fecha santa, tratamos de mantenernos al margen, la cantidad de personas trae caos, y no soy amiga de eso. Y en efecto, el día que fuimos a playa "San Luis", por el lado del "centro turístico cangrejo azul", la cantidad de personas era abismal, fue un día donde la verdad ni ganas de disfrutar la playa, no había sillas, la música no permitía conversar, y fue un día caótico en todos los sentidos.
During Holy Week, most people spend their time at the beach, and we really try to go to places that aren't so crowded. Because it's a holy time, we try to stay away; the number of people brings chaos, and I'm not a fan of that. And indeed, the day we went to San Luis beach, near the "Crab Blue Tourist Center," the number of people was overwhelming. It was a day where I honestly didn't feel like enjoying the beach at all. There weren't any chairs, the music was so loud you couldn't talk, and it was a chaotic day in every sense.
De igual forma, al estar con mi familia, pude dejar esa ansiedad por lo caótico del sitio , y algo que si disfrute, fue observar el paisaje y la puesta de sol. De mis momentos favoritos en la vida es estar en la playa cuando está poniéndose y/o ocultandose el sol, esa energía me ayuda a mantenerme en el presente, relajarme y disfrutar los colores, tomar fotos y darme cuenta lo afortunada de tener una buena salud y a mi familia completa y sana.
Likewise, being with my family allowed me to let go of that anxiety about the chaos of the place, and something I truly enjoyed was observing the landscape and the sunset. One of my favorite moments in life is being on the beach at sunset; that energy helps me stay in the present, relax, and enjoy the colors, take photos, and realize how fortunate I am to have good health and my whole, healthy family.
Con mi mamá en ciertos momentos nos alejabamos del bullicio a unos kioskos para tomar algo y conversar, sin prisas ni interrupciones, también porque había espacio donde mi novio debía trabajar, sin embargo, disfruté bastante esos lapsos de tiempo con ella, solo nosotras dos. Esos momentos son los que quedan en mi mente y guardo con bastante amor, con mi mamá no es necesario tener un tema en específico de conversación, hablamos de todo y de nada, tenemos mucha conexión, hasta en los momentos de silencio, nos mirábamos y reíamos, sin necesidad de palabras.
My mom and I would sometimes escape the hustle and bustle to some kiosks to have a drink and chat, without any rush or interruptions. There was also space where my boyfriend had to work, but I really enjoyed those moments with her, just the two of us. Those are the moments that stay with me and that I cherish. With my mom, we don't need a specific topic of conversation; we talk about everything and nothing. We have a deep connection, even in moments of silence, we would look at each other and laugh, without the need for words.
Como ya les comenté, uno de mis momentos favoritos es el atardecer, pero, lo que realmente lo hace especial es poder compartirlo con mi novio. Lo que más disfruto es que, al vivir en una zona costera, en 10 minutos estamos en la playa, así que, esta tradición se ha convertido en algo habitual para nosotros, especialmente en Semana Santa. Además, siento un gran agradecimiento porque mi novio siempre se esfuerza por cumplir mis deseos y acompañarme en estos pequeños grandes momentos, que se están convirtiendo en recuerdos que guardaré por siempre, y que me da placer poder compartir aquí en hiveblog.
As I mentioned before, one of my favorite times of day is sunset, but what truly makes it special is being able to share it with my boyfriend. What I enjoy most is that, living in a coastal area, we can be at the beach in just 10 minutes, so this tradition has become a regular thing for us, especially during Easter week. I'm also incredibly grateful because my boyfriend always goes out of his way to fulfill my wishes and be with me during these precious moments, which are becoming memories I'll cherish forever, and which I'm happy to share here on Hiveblog.
