Segunda escala de nuestro vuelo ✈️ | Brasilia - São Paulo 🇧🇷 [ESP-ENG]

Continuando con nuestra primera experiencia viajando en avión ahora les contaré la siguiente parte de este trayecto, pues, como les mencioné antes nuestro vuelo constaba de 3 escalas y apenas habíamos llegado a la primera, siendo esta Brasilia y la siguiente escala era de Brasilia a São Paulo.

Continuing with our first experience traveling by plane, I will now tell you about the next part of this journey. As I mentioned before, our flight consisted of 3 layovers, and we had just arrived at the first one, which was Brasilia, and the next layover was from Brasilia to São Paulo.

Les comenté que nuestro primer vuelo se atrasó una media hora aproximadamente y algo que no sabíamos es que ya en Brasilia el horario cambiaba, y esos 30 minutos de retraso sumados a la diferencia de horario hizo que casi perdiéramos nuestro siguiente vuelo.

I told them that our first flight was delayed by about half an hour, and something we didn't know is that the time changes in Brasilia, and those 30 minutes of delay, added to the time difference, meant we almost missed our next flight.

Llegando a Brasília estábamos igual de perdidos que la primera vez, ya que este lugar tampoco lo conocíamos pero al menos ya teníamos nuestros boletos en mano, solo debíamos buscar la puerta de embarque de nuestro vuelo y subir a nuestro avión, pero aunque suena bastante fácil la verdad fue un poco difícil.

Arriving in Brasília, we were just as lost as the first time, since we didn't know this place either, but at least we had our tickets in hand. We just had to find our flight's boarding gate and get on the plane, but although it sounds easy enough, it was actually a bit difficult.

Resulta que ese aeropuerto es gigantesco, es toda una ciudad ahí dentro, vimos muchísimas tiendas, restaurantes y demás, parecía más a un centro comercial que a un aeropuerto y eso nos hizo perder bastante. Intentamos seguir las señalizaciones para llegar a la puerta de embarque pero este lugar era tan grande que por más que corríamos sentíamos que nunca llegábamos.

It turns out that this airport is gigantic; it's a whole city inside. We saw so many shops, restaurants, and other things. It felt more like a shopping mall than an airport, and that made us quite lost. We tried to follow the signs to get to the gate, but the place was so big that no matter how fast we ran, we felt like we'd never get there.

Finalmente logramos encontrar las puertas de embarque y nos dirigimos a la de nuestro vuelo, por suerte llegamos justo a tiempo y pudimos entrar sin problemas.

We finally managed to find the boarding gates and headed to our flight's; luckily we arrived just in time and were able to board without any problems.

Esta vez notamos que el avión era muchísimo más grande que el anterior y en este vuelo no había mucha gente, así que buscamos nuestros asientos y nos pusimos cómodos. Por suerte ahora teníamos el asiento de la ventana y por allí pudimos ver durante casi todo el vuelo.

This time we noticed that the plane was much bigger than the previous one, and there weren't many people on this flight, so we found our seats and got comfortable. Luckily, we had a window seat this time, and we could see out of it for almost the entire flight.

Una vez más leímos el instructivo hasta que apagaron las luces y despegamos. A partir de allí usamos audífonos y pasamos el viaje escuchado música, viendo por la ventana y tomando fotos.

We read the instructions again until they turned off the lights and we took off. From then on, we used headphones and spent the trip listening to music, looking out the window, and taking pictures.

Al cabo de un rato pasaron repartiendo refrigerio y nos dieron a cada uno 2 paquetes de galletas y una bebida que podíamos escoger entre varias opciones.

After a while, they came around handing out refreshments and gave each of us two packets of cookies and a drink, which we could choose from several options.

Este vuelo fue un poco más corto, duró aproximadamente una hora y media, llegando casi a las 8 PM a nuestra siguiente escala São Paulo.

This flight was a bit shorter, lasting approximately an hour and a half, arriving at almost 8 PM at our next stop, São Paulo.
