Hello everyone!
Here is the continuation of our hiking story at Hacienda Mandarieta.
We were walking up the hot and steep slope, trying to catch up with our friends.
It was really tiring, especially with the kids. But then, something happened that saved our day.
My mother-in-law received my chat message, and she immediately told the others to come and pick us up using motorcycles.
That was the only time we stopped walking.
And you know what? When we rode the bikes, I realized we were still so far away from the top! 😆
If we decided to just keep walking, we would probably reach there in the afternoon.
Or maybe, we would just get too tired and decide to go back down instead. 🙄
Thank goodness for the motorcycles!
Well, even though the ride was quick, I still super enjoyed the scenery up there.
Looking around, it really felt like a special gift from God that day.
I am so thankful for His amazing creations. The view was just so peaceful and beautiful. 🥰
When we arrived, it was already lunchtime. 😅
So we just spread out our picnic mat, sat comfortably on the grass, and enjoyed our food together.
This day was really so much fun. As a nature lover, I can truly say that Hacienda Mandarieta is definitely worth the hike!
