It has been some time since my last post, however today, I chose to share my 2024 objectives. This is essentially for my own motivation and recognition thinking back from here on out, yet maybe others will discover some motivation.
Well-being
100 percent of showers are cold (except if wiped out) (Work on sensory system)
Complete 75 hard program once (Psyche + Body Flexibility) — 75 days
Follow Outline Bryan Johnson Convention 70% of the year (exercises, diet, no enhancements) (Life span and advancing wellbeing) ~ 5 days/week, 255.5 days
Further develop act and arrangement — integrate arrangement practices into exercises for initial 10 minutes
30 minutes of contemplation/sensory system preparing before bed for 200 days of the year
Sleep time no later than 10pm 70% of the time — set alert to prepare for bed at 9pm day to day
Business
Tech organization — Accomplish 100k clients (5-6 days/week)
Administration business — 500k ARR (1 day/week)
FT business visionary, supplant FT pay
Learning
Get into Bosses of Man-made reasoning system at UAT.
Center
No virtual entertainment. No Instagram. No Facebook. No TikTok. No Youtube. No Web recordings. No LinkedIn (aside from messages). Youtube and virtual entertainment just to be utilized for business/work/designing related things. Perusing and book recordings are permitted.
Incidental
100 days of dread. Do 100 distinct things that cause me to feel really apprehensive.
