Hello everyone! ๐
I was genuinely looking forward to a long, refreshing walk after finishing up my work day today. I find that movement is one of the best ways to clear my head and transition from work mode to home life.
However, sometimes plans are overruled by your own body. About twenty minutes into my walk, a sudden, overwhelming wave of anxiety hit, paired with that unmistakable, urgent feeling of needing a restroom immediately. My feet just couldn't carry me any further, and I knew I needed to stop and reset.
In what felt like a moment of true luck, I stumbled upon the sweetest, coziest little spot: a neighborhood caffรจ bar called "Music".
It wasn't just a place for coffee; it was a tiny sanctuary! After taking care of business (Phew!), I noticed they had a wonderful, overflowing "borrow-a-book" shelf. ๐
I'm now sitting here, nursing a warm cup of coffee letting the frantic energy completely dissipate. It's an important reminder to always listen to your body and not push through when you genuinely need a moment to pause. Sometimes the universe forces you to slow down, and you might just find a hidden gem in the process.
