This week I only attended the university one day to teach my classes, because the other day I was scheduled to attend was a holiday. However, I had already planned a series of activities with the students for that day that would make the class much more dynamic. One of the pedagogical strategies used was to integrate me into the group as just another student.

With prior instructions, the students had to prepare the class, assuming the role of teacher. Involve dynamics and techniques so that students could relax, have fun, participate, and learn at the same time.

The class was great, even though two girls couldn't complete their presentations due to stage fright, but that's something we're going to work on with them.

The dynamics the students planned were quite interesting and creative. A group of those who led the class worked with a method that allows progress in reading comprehension, including team dynamics with the rest of the students. It's truly a technique that helps them understand what reading comprehension really is.

The other group, after giving their presentation, was much more dynamic. With the help of some balloons, they placed some questions inside, filled the balloons, and formed groups where we played hot potato. Hehe, even I did. I had fun. Whoever kept the balloon after passing it around to the students on the team, and the instructor didn't say anything else, had to pop it and answer the question inside related to the content they had already shared with everyone. It was a wonderful experience.

I like my classes to be this dynamic; they're already at a level where they can apply many of the techniques we've studied.

The idea is for them to learn, even if that includes the fun part. Everyone really participated. They'll surely never forget this class. They laughed, and in the end, the learning objective was met. As teachers, we need to update ourselves with much more participatory methods, and these students are in the prime of their lives. To learn not only for their academic careers but for life, we must do a good job with them.

Está semana solo asistí a la universidad un solo día para dar mis clases, porque el otro que me tocaba, fue festivo, sin embargo ya tenía planificado para ese día una serie de actividades con los estudiantes que harían de la clase mucho más dinámica, incluso una de las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas fue integrarme al grupo como una estudiante más.

Con instrucciones previas los estudiantes debían preparar la clase, asumiendo el rol de docente. Involucrar dinámicas y técnicas para que los estudiantes se relajarán, se pudieran divertir, mientras participaban, y a la vez aprendían.

La clase estuvo buenísima, a pesar de que dos chicas no pudieron cumplir con sus exposiciones por el miedo escénico, pero eso es algo que vamos a trabajar con ellas.

Las dinámicas que los estudiantes planearon fueron bastante interesantes y creativas, un grupo de los que dirigieron la clase, trabajaron con un método que permite avanzar en la lectura comprensiva, incluyendo una dinámica de equipos con el resto de los estudiantes, realmente es una técnica que los ayuda a entender que es realmente la comprensión lectora.

El otro grupo después de hacer su exposición fue mucho más dinámico, con ayuda de unos globos colocaron al interior unas preguntas, llenaron los globos y se formaron grupos donde jugamos a la papa caliente, Jejeje, hasta yo me divertí. El que se quedará con el globo después de pasarlo de mano en mano con los estudiantes del equipo, y el instructor no dijera más la papa caliente, debía reventarlo y responder a la pregunta que había en el interior relacionada con el contenido que ya habían compartido con todos, fue toda una experiencia maravillosa.

Me gusta que mis clases sean así de dinámicas, ya están en un nivel donde pueden aplicar muchas técnicas que hemos estudiado.

La idea es que aprendan, así eso incluya lo divertido, realmente todos participaron, seguramente no olvidarán ésta clase, rieron, y al final se cumplió con el objetivo de aprendizaje. Como docentes necesitamos actualizarnos, con métodos mucho más participativos, y estos estudiantes están en la flor de la vida, para aprender no solo para su carrera académica sino para la vida, debemos hacer un buen trabajo con ellos.
