Telling you a little about my day, Sunday, November 16, 2025

Hello dear friends, God bless you. Today I'm going to tell you a little about my day, Sunday, November 16th. It was a busy morning and a peaceful afternoon with my family.

Today I woke up at 7:40 a.m. to run some orders I had pending for the morning, since in the afternoon we were going to my sister-in-law's mother's birthday party, who is also considered part of my family.

The first thing I did was make the mini pizzas since they take time and each tray has to go in the oven for 20 minutes because they're the smallest and I have to put them in one by one.

After finishing decorating the pizzas, I started assembling the tequeños, mini pizza pastries, and sausage fingers. I was so busy that I didn't even have time to make breakfast for my husband or my niece Shantal.

I didn't have breakfast because I wasn't hungry. My partner went to the Chinese store to buy a pack of toilet paper that they had run out of, and took the opportunity to bring back some bread to make before leaving, since he was going to deliver some merchandise that he had to hand over this morning.

Then my sister called me to say she was going to be downtown, to see if I could send my husband to take the little girl to her house and get her dressed so we could go to my sister-in-law's house in the afternoon, where we were going to have the cake.

I finished making all the appetizers at 1:00 in the afternoon. I was so busy that I didn't take many pictures in the morning, and I started making fried chicken with bread, which was the quickest thing to do since they were coming to pick us up at 3:00 in the afternoon. I rested for about half an hour and then we started getting ready because they were coming to pick us up at 3:00 in the afternoon, as I had told you...

I got dressed and took a picture to show you my outfit today. It was simple since it was just a little cake and some family time, as being with my family is totally relaxing for me. We also made some family plans we have pending...

It was time to cut the cake, meanwhile my partner and I had already taken some photos and then we sang happy birthday, and they handed out some snacks we had made..

My sister made a beautiful vanilla heart-shaped cake with a little bit of chocolate filling..

We ate the cake and snacks and played dominoes for a while before heading home. My partner and I don't currently have a car, so we always have to wait for rides from my brother or my mom's partner. We got ready to go home since it's a bit far, about 25 minutes away.

When I got home I took a bath, put on my pajamas, and we ate a Pepito sandwich we had bought the day before at the Chinese store. My partner and I chatted for a bit; we were hungry enough to make dinner, and around 10 o'clock I relaxed and started writing a little bit about what happened in my diary today.

This is how my day has ended, thanks to God and to this dear community for allowing me to share what happens in my life with you each day.
