A mi las hamburguesas o los perros calientes no son comida que me quita el sueño no es que no los coma pero no es mi pasion en lo posible evito también comer frituras de hecho el aceite me dura mucho en casa.

For me, hamburgers or hot dogs are not foods that keep me awake at night, not that I don't eat them, but they are not my passion, as much as possible I also avoid eating fried food, in fact the oil lasts me a long time at home.

Los últimos meses tengo problemas del estómago me dan náuseas gases y cólicos con mucha frecuencia por esas razones tengo que cuidar mucho los alimentos que ingiero tampoco puedo tomar refrescos cuando fui al médico tengo hígado graso y el doctor me prohibió algunos alimentos como harinas y frituras para mejorar mi salud.

The last few months I have had stomach problems I get nausea, gas and colic very often for these reasons I have to be very careful with the food I eat and I can't drink sodas when I went to the doctor I have a fatty liver and the doctor forbade me some foods like flour and fried foods to improve my health.

Ayer domingo llegó mi hermano a buscar a mi mamá como no tengo carro aproveche la cola después de terminar el servicio dominical nos fue a buscar y nos invitó almorzar mi mamá le dijo tranquila en casa hay sopa y él nos dijo no se preocupe por un día que rompan la dieta no les va a pasar nada bueno me convenció jajaja.

Yesterday Sunday my brother came to pick up my mom as I don't have a car I took advantage of the queue after finishing the Sunday service he went to pick us up and invited us to have lunch my mom told him calmly at home there is soup and he told us not to worry for one day that you break the diet nothing will happen to you well he convinced me hahaha.

Mi hermano pidió cochino arepitas yuca y lo que si me gusta son las papas fritas pues comí hasta saciarse todo esto más el refresco me tomé 2 vasos después de comer delicioso empecé a sentirme culpable aunado al malestar que ocasiona estos tipos de alimentos a mi organismo me sentía como un adicto después que recae en el vicio.

My brother ordered pork arepitas arepitas yuca and what I really like are the french fries because I ate to satiation all this plus the soda I drank 2 glasses after eating delicious I began to feel guilty along with the discomfort that causes these types of food to my body I felt like an addict after relapsing into vice.

De verdad que la comida estuvo deliciosa me hizo sentir culpable perder todo lo que había avanzado para recuperar mi salud ahora tengo que empezar de cero otra vez sin contar el sermón de mis hijos por comer frituras y tomar refrescos.

The food was really delicious and it made me feel guilty to lose all the progress I had made to regain my health, now I have to start from scratch again, not to mention the lecture from my children for eating fried food and drinking soda.

Cómo no estoy acostumbrada a este tipo de alimentos hoy amanecí con el estómago mal e inflamado con mucho reflujo no dejo de sentir culpa, hay alimentos que son una deliciosa tentación.

As I am not used to this type of food, today I woke up with a bad and inflamed stomach with a lot of reflux, I can't stop feeling guilty, there are foods that are a delicious temptation.
