Ayer estuve realizando mi trabajo como higenista dental la mayoría de los pacientes que normalmente asisten a la consulta de odontología pública es para las extracciones dentales, ya que en algunos casos la corona está totalmente destruida y los dientes son para endodoncia algunos pacientes no tienen dinero para pagar ya que los tratamientos de conducto son bastante costosos, la tarde fue movida con varias extracciones dentarias de diversos grupos, todas las extracciones transcurrieron con normalidad y ninguna se complicó ya que normalmente en algún momento se deben complicar.

Para esta otra paciente fue una extracción en el mismo diente pero justamente en el maxilar inferior la paciente también presentaba una cavidad muy grande pero a diferencia delante y estará mucho más extensa esta paciente presentaba otras cavidades y dientes totalmente destruido en otras partes de la boca pero sacamos este porque era la gran prioridad o el motivo de la consulta por la cual la paciente estaba asistiendo esta fue otra éxodoncia que salió con totalmente normalidad no hubo necesidad de usar el forceps.

En este paciente también se realizo una exodoncia, fue en la unidad dentaria número 15 a diferencia de las otras extracciones este diente no tenía corona por lo que era más difícil llegar al punto de apoyo y el paciente tenía unas raíces bastante amplias, largas, cabe restaltar que normalmente los restos radiculares son mas sencillos de extraer pero este depende del punto de apoyo, esta fue con la que se tardó un poco más pero sin embargo se logro el objetivo y el paciente estaba bastante satisfecho.
In this patient an exodontia was also performed, it was in dental unit number 15, unlike the other extractions this tooth did not have a crown so it was more difficult to reach the support point and the patient had quite large, long roots, it should be noted that normally the root remains are easier to extract but this depends on the point of support, this was the one that took a little longer but nevertheless the objective was achieved and the patient was quite satisfied.
Por último el día fue bastante satisfactorio y productivo tanto para mí como para la odontóloga, trabajar de higienista dental me facilita mis conocimientos para llevarlos a los escenarios clínicos en mis estudios, realmente me gusta mucho mi trabajo, poder disponer con el mayor entusiasmo cada uno de los instrumentos, así como también relacionalmente de excelente manera con los pacientes es una aventura totalmente fascinante, ya que todos los pacientes son diferentes y eso es lo que hace divertido este trabajo.
Finally the day was quite satisfactory and productive for me as well as for the dentist, working as a dental hygienist makes it easier for me to take my knowledge to the clinical scenarios in my studies, I really like my job, to be able to dispose with the greatest enthusiasm each of the instruments, as well as to relate in an excellent way with the patients is a totally fascinating adventure, since all patients are different and that is what makes this job fun.
