Recientemente, nuestra iglesia se llenó de vida y emoción con la puesta en escena de nuestro musical de Pascua. Fue una experiencia increíble que unió a la comunidad para narrar la historia de la Semana Santa. Desde las escenas del sermón en el monte hasta los momentos más conmovedores de la crucifixión y la resurrección, cada detalle fue cuidadosamente preparado para transmitir un mensaje de fe y esperanza.

Recently, our church came to life with emotion with the staging of our Easter musical. It was an incredible experience that brought the community together to narrate the story of Holy Week. From the scenes of the sermon on the mount to the most moving moments of the crucifixion and resurrection, every detail was carefully prepared to convey a message of faith and hope.

Ver cómo los diferentes fondos cobraban vida bajo las luces del escenario, desde los desiertos y montañas de papel hasta el sepulcro de piedra, fue increíblemente satisfactorio. No era solo mover decorados, sino crear la atmósfera perfecta para que la historia cobrara realismo. Fue un trabajo en equipo increíble, donde cada miembro del staff técnico era esencial para el éxito de la función.

Seeing how the different backdrops came to life under the stage lights, from the paper deserts and mountains to the stone tomb, was incredibly satisfying. It wasn't just about moving props, but about creating the perfect atmosphere for the story to gain realism. It was an incredible teamwork effort, where every member of the technical staff was essential for the performance's success.

Un elemento que realmente elevó la producción fue la música en vivo, que se entrelazó perfectamente con las actuaciones y la atmósfera que creamos con la escenografía. La emoción en las voces de los cantantes y la fuerza de los instrumentos sumergieron a la audiencia en la historia. Estoy muy orgullosa de haber sido parte de este equipo que, con esfuerzo y dedicación, hizo de este musical una experiencia inolvidable.

An element that truly elevated the production was the live music, which seamlessly intertwined with the performances and the atmosphere we created with the set design. The emotion in the singers' voices and the strength of the instruments immersed the audience in the story. I am very proud to have been part of this team that, with effort and dedication, made this musical an unforgettable experience.

Mi papel en esta producción fue detrás del telón, en la parte técnica y de escenografía. Como la chica vestida de negro en algunas de las fotos, estuve encargada, junto con un increíble equipo, de que toda la "magia" sucediera a tiempo y sin contratiempos. Mi trabajo consistió en asegurar que los cambios de escena fueran fluidos, los fondos estuvieran en su lugar y que la iluminación realzara la emotividad de cada momento clave.

My role in this production was behind the scenes, working with the technical part and the set design. As the girl dressed in black in some of the photos, I was in charge, along with an incredible team, of making all the "magic" happen on time and without any hitches. My job consisted of ensuring that the scene changes were fluid, the backdrops were in place, and that the lighting enhanced the emotion of each key moment.
