Hello to this beautiful community, I hope you are richly blessed. This challenge although it is a little difficult hehe something like a challenge, at least in my country Venezuela haha, but I like it. I will try to narrate how are the grocery shopping of groceries, fruits and meats among other items that although it is true that are not included here are important in the home. As is the daily life of a housewife in this case like me, because there are men who also have to do their market I imagine not to spend much haha.
I tell you that my beautiful country has gone through difficult times in terms of economy, there was a time when we did not even have food in the markets, we had to queue to buy them and they only sold you one product, that was changing little by little, but it was desperate for many Venezuelan households. Today we can acquire them, but inflation is absorbing our salaries, but even so God has always been good and has always provided for us.
As a housewife I have to buy food, the basic food basket in my country ranges between 100 to 200 dollars per month approximately per family, so I have to make miracles with the money. The products have different prices in the stores, the markets that sell all the products are much more expensive and I have to buy in what we call here "buhoneros", which are small stalls in the avenues authorized for that purpose, they sell cheaper in the case of vegetables and fruits.
My monthly expenditure ranges between 100 to 250 dollars a month to cover the entire basic food basket so I also look for food offers, that is, I walk from market to market looking for better and quality products, since the salary is not enough to cover all the basic needs of a family and mine is composed of three people.
As I told you it is not easy in our country for a family to live on a salary, you must have other income to make it. I just went out with my son to make some necessary purchases for my house and I show you the bill so you have an idea of how much is spent on groceries here in my country. A bill of 254.26 bolivars, which is our currency, at the exchange rate in American dollars is equivalent to 29.36 dollars, not including proteins which would be meats, eggs, chicken and vegetables.
But still as I said this challenge is great hehe but with God everything is possible. Shopping in my country is a big challenge hehe. We trust as the Bible says: **"I was young, and am old, And have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his seed begging bread" Psalms 37:25
...Yo así lo creo. Espero les guste mi publicación.
Bendiciones para todos
