Other than watching your diet, what's the simplest daily habit you can adopt for fat loss?
Walking.
#1: It is very easy on the body. Regular cardio sessions are great but there's a limit to how much you can do before it backfires. High volume of cardio sessions can lead to more systemic stress level, more muscle damage, more joint stress, etc.
#2: It allows you to burn calories without causing mental fatigue; as compared to running or HIIT.
#3: It is easy to stick to. It is not something you need to psych yourself up for.
If you have a fitness tracker, start tracking your daily steps now! Start with any number of steps. For me, I started with 7,000 steps per day and gradually increased it every week.
Alternatively, you can track your walking distance using any fitness app on your mobile phone. My go-to app is Strava!
