No todo es entrenar:
Comprendo la vida, desde ese punto de vista y sinceramente, no sé si es lo correcto. Muchos dirán, debes mantener el enfoque hasta que sucede, pero también te dicen, disfruta el proceso. Es por eso, que, como decimos en argentina, “una de cal y una de arena”, haciendo referencia a que debemos darnos nuestros gustos “no permitidos”, durante el proceso. Y en lo particular, creo que así debe ser.

Como muchos sabrán, me encanta entrenar y lo hago por varios motivos. Contaré algunos: En primer lugar, por salud y sinceramente también, por como me siento cuando entreno “Saludable”. En segundo lugar, para poder participar en diferentes competencias, tanto de running y/o ciclismo mtb. Y por último, porque soy padre y soy de los que piensan que somos ejemplos, desde nuestras acciones, más no, desde nuestra retórica.

En cuarentena, conocimos a unos chicos emprendedores, amigo de mi sobrino, que arrancaron elaborando helado artesanal en su domicilio. Para ayudarlos, hemos comprado y para nuestra sorpresa, realizan un helado que es sublime. Panniyo.helados, lo encuentran en Instagram y estos jóvenes todas las semanas, te envían vía WhatsApp, las promociones. Esta vez, la oferta era 2 kg a $21 HBD aproximadamente. Realmente nos pareció correcto y pedimos.

Para aliviar la culpa, colocamos un poquito de cereales y sinceramente quedo muy bien. Somos consciente de que posee mucho azúcar y quizás no es tan saludable. El momento de gozo dura muy poco realmente, pero es suficiente como para consumirlo. A veces me pregunto ¿pensar que existe personas que no les gusta el helado? 😁. En nuestra casa a todos nos encanta y cada vez que podemos, nos damos un gustito. Como pensamos que debe ser “Una de cal y una de arena”
