Today was a day I'd rather forget.
A careless mistake turned my entire day upside-down.I felt a wave of frustration washed over me as I realised the extent of the damage. The pressure was intense, I had to work a breakneck pace to meet my target.
The morning started innocently enough.
An energy filled Monday!
But as the day unfolded, it took a sharp turn towards chaos.
A minor error has turned into a monstrous task. The sweet workday was shattered, replaced by a frantic scramble to rectify the mistake, and meet a deadline.
I had to navigate all over again.
A survey I had done earlier, just at the point I thought I was done with my job for the day. Uooooohp! And then I was forced to close late from work. I had to face huge traffic on the road for over an hour.
Anyway, thanks to Jehovah, I was able to get the job done.
And I got home safely, though late.
I swore never to be this careless again.
