¡Hola, chicos de hive! Espero que estén muy bien. Ayer vivimos un Día del Trabajador muy especial, celebrándolo el entorno de los trabajadores de campo y que a pesar de ser algo sencillo,se hizo con la intención de agradarles.

Muchas personas tienen trabajos formales y otros trabajan d eforma independiente pero todos trabajando. Aquellos que se dedican a sembrar y cosechar el campo.... Infinidad de trabajos que existen en el mundo, desde los más pequeños hasta los más grandes. Sobre todo el trabajo tan grande que también realizan nuestras amas de casa que se dedican a tiempo completo y que muchas veces terminan mucho más agotadas que aquellos que tienen un trabajo

Especially the big work that our housewives also do, who dedicate themselves full time and often end up much more exhausted than those who have a job.
En nuestra familia particularmente las mujeres trabajan muchas veces más que los hombres. Se levantan antes que los hombres. A trabajar en la cocina y, mientras limpian y siguen con la próxima comida, apenas llega la hora del almuerzo, a veces hay un pequeño descanso y los hombres llegan a comer y a ser atendidos y las mujeres aún no terminan. Muchos se van a descansar y aún queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Claro, cada familia es diferente, pero en la nuestra resaltamos todas estas labores.
In our family in particular, women work many times more than men. They get up earlier than the men. Para el almuerzo decidimos ir al campo a servir a nuestros trabajadores, con un almuerzo de carne a la parrilla, yuca con ensalada, un poco de pan cortado con una salsa para untar, la yuca que no puede faltar para nuestros orientales.... La salsa con el pan estaba realmente espectacular, y nos quedamos con ganas de comer más....
For lunch we decided to go to the field to serve our workers, with a lunch of grilled meat, yucca with salad, some cut bread with a sandwich spread sauce, the cassava that can not miss for our easterners.... The sauce with the bread was really spectacular, and we were left wanting to eat more...
Estos días hemos tenido demasiados gastos a nivel económico y nuestros planes se vinieron abajo; sin embargo, no dejamos pasar desapercibido este día tan especial para nuestros trabajadores, pieza fundamental para el funcionamiento de todo. El talento humano, en cualquier área, es el más importante y el que debemos cuidar más. Terminamos la tarde escuchando sus anécdotas de las hazañas que hacen en su trabajo e historias graciosas y sorprendentes.
