As a morning person, I always start my day with a jog or run, because it gives me a sense of freedom. The quiet of the morning brings me peace, and the birds’ chirping fills me with calm. This early routine helps me feel refreshed, focused, and ready for the rest of the day.
I woke up at 4AM o get ready and went for a quick 4-kilometer run, which took me 30 minutes, so I could prepare my partner’s breakfast before he went to work.
After my run, I took off my running clothes and prepared our breakfast. I cooked sunny-side-up eggs, corned beef, and fried rice.
We enjoyed our breakfast, and it felt like time had slowed down for the morning.
After he left for work, I did the laundry, cleaned the house, and prepared lunch.
For our lunch, I cooked his requested adobo. It’s one of his favorite meals to have for lunch. As usual, he enjoyed his meal and ate plenty.
And the day gently passed by, quiet and calm 🌸✨
