Hello, friends of Hive, Today I want to share with you a health routine that has allowed me to recover exponentially. At this stage of my life, I'm working on myself to be healthier, stronger, happier, and calmer. To achieve that, being healthy is the absolute foundation of everything. I've resumed a lifestyle where natural elements predominate for healing, and I'm determined to overcome a sinusitis that has been present in me for many years. I no longer wanted or could tolerate one more medication, so I decided to treat myself only with natural ingredients to ease my pain. I've been following this practice for a month now, and I can say that I feel very recovered.
It's a small vaporization practice with some natural herbs that have allowed me to heal. I vaporize in the morning and before bed; I've been doing it judiciously for a month straight. Of course, I first threw away all my allergy medications, pills, and nasal sprays; my finances and patience couldn't take it anymore, and I was exhausted. The first two weeks I was terrible; I thought I should go back to my medications. I had incredible levels of allergies and sinusitis, but I endured, and by the third week, everything calmed down, and I was able to breathe freely through my nose. I was absolutely happy. These are the herbs I used, so I hope this post will be helpful to someone going through a similar situation.

Eucalyptus leaves: The eucalyptol present in eucalyptus essential oil helps thin and dissolve mucus accumulated in the sinuses, making it easier to expel through coughing. This expectorant action is essential in the treatment of sinusitis, as it clears the airways and relieves nasal congestion naturally and effectively.
Pine leaves: It has mucolytic properties, which facilitates the fluidity and expulsion of phlegm.
Dried pickles: This is a herb known by that name; I don't really know what other names it has, but it was highly recommended to me for sinusitis, asthma, and the flu.
It's simply a matter of combining all these herbs and bringing it to a boil. Let it simmer for at least five minutes after boiling, allowing the ingredients to blend. Then, remove it from the stove and add menthol to the mixture, ready for this simple and artisanal steaming. Place a towel over the pot to cover both your face and the pot, and breathe deeply. I recommend doing this for at least 10 minutes, or until the steam disappears. Be careful not to hold your face too close to the pot; do this two or more times a day, and the change will be dramatic.
A healthy lifestyle, without a doubt. A month ago, I couldn't breathe through my nose without my drops and allergy medications. Of course, this isn't qualified medical health advice at all, but rather a suggestion based on the experience of someone who has had sinusitis for over 20 years and was able to find relief with these herbs and this simple practice. It's worth a try because I know these aren't miracle cures; I think it's about habit and discipline and seeking out elements that make you feel better. This worked for me, and I'm sharing it with you. The key is to persist. I'm truly happy. Thank you for reading my little work and for always supporting me.
