One of the reasons why I decided to move to Margarita Island, undoubtedly "its tropical climate and beaches", is something priceless, people who like the sea and connect with nature 100% will understand me, since you don't need so many things to spend an excellent day at the beach. I always take 3 essential things when I go to the beach: folding chairs, folding table and umbrella. The rest is to figure out how to spend as little as possible and do it as a routine; I also take some cards to distract us, drinking water, a wireless JBL for good music, my portable camera and a few beers that I bought previously and put them in an inflatable Cooler that I brought from Chile, which I have found super practical to use, since it does not weigh anything, only what you carry inside. Although I applied sunscreen, I was a little careless and when I got home I realized that my back was so sunburned that I couldn't even sleep, but with cold cream or an aloe vera gel in the fridge, the burning passes a little. Another thing I enjoy to the fullest, is that when I go to the beach as I walk with my pet Luna, she is very friendly and the best friend of all the dogs on the street, so she always plays with them and in the end they end up approaching to see if I give them water or a little food, of course I always carry extra of everything and it makes my heart happy to share a little with the angels of the beach, since they are part of that place and it depends on you if they are fed or not. At the end of the afternoon I decided to buy a ceviche that they were selling in one of the locals behind the beach for $4 dollars, not bad for the moment. So I can say that with $10 dollars without being too picky, you could spend a good day at the beach, taking the essentials from home and leaving that fund in case you crave something extra. There will always be street vendors on the beach selling oysters, necklaces, fish, hats, dresses, handicrafts, massages, ceviche, etc. I usually try to politely explain that I am not interested in buying, however that day I was provoked by that ceviche, but honestly I would have preferred oysters, I am too much a fan of oysters hehe. So I could say that if we organize ourselves well, we will always have something fun to do during the day and if we know how to manage it, we can enjoy a special and quality day at the beach or picnic type, chatting with friends or family, enjoying what life gives us, which is the nature in which we live.
Una de las razones por las que decidí mudarme a la Isla de Margarita, sin duda "su clima tropical y playas", es algo que no tiene precio, las personas que les gusta el mar y conectar con la naturaleza al 100% me entenderán, ya que no necesitas tantas cosas para pasar un excelente día de playa. Yo siempre agarro 3 cosas esenciales cuando voy a la playa: sillas plegables, mesita plegable y sombrilla. Ya el resto es ingeniárselas para gastar lo menos posible y hacerlo como rutina; también me leve unas cartas para distraernos, agua potable, un JBL inalámbrico para una buena música, mi cámara portátil y unas cuantas cervezas que compre previamente y las metí en un Cooler inflable que traje de Chile, lo que me ha parecido súper practico al usar, ya que no pesa nada, solo lo que llevas dentro. A pesar de que me eche bloqueador, me descuidé un poco y cuando llegué a la casa me di cuenta que tenía toda la espalda insolada, a tal punto de que no podía ni dormir, pero con crema fría o una gel de sábila en la nevera, pasa un poco el ardor. Otra de las cosas que disfruto al máximo, es que cuando voy a la playa como ando con mi mascota Luna, ella es muy amigable y la mejor amiga de todos los perros de la calle, por lo que siempre juega con ellos y al final terminan acercándose para ver si les doy agua o un poco de comida, por supuesto siempre llevo extra de todo y me alegra el corazón compartir un poco con los ángeles de la playa, ya que son parte de ese lugar y depende de uno si se alimentan o no. Al final de la tarde decidí comprar un ceviche que estaban vendiendo en uno de los locales por detrás de la playa en $4 dólares, nada mal para el momento. Así que puedo decir que con $10 dólares sin ser tan exigente, podrías pasar un buen día en la playa, llevando de tu casa lo esencial y dejando ese fondo por si te antojas de algo extra. Siempre van a pasar vendedores ambulantes por la playa vendiendo ostras, collares, pescados, gorras, vestidos, artesanía, masajes, ceviche, etc. Normalmente trato de explicar amablemente que no estoy interesada en comprar, sin embargo ese día me provoco ese ceviche, pero honestamente hubiese preferido ostras, soy demasiado fan de las ostras jeje. Así que podría decir que si nos organizamos bien, siempre tendremos algo divertido por hacer en el día y si sabemos ingeniárnoslas, podemos disfrutar de un día especial y de calidad en la playa o tipo picnic, conversando entre amigos o familia, disfrutando de lo que nos regala la vida, que es la naturaleza en la que vivimos.
