¿Creen que es posible vivir de tus sueños? Desde muy pequeña siempre supe lo que quería estudiar y a que me quería dedicar en mi vida. Fue a los 16 años cuando descubrí que el mundo de la radio era mi gran pasión y desde allí empecé a instruirme en el mundo del periodismo y la locución.

Recuerdo ser la intensa del salón que siempre se sentaba adelante, siempre preguntaba y anotaba todo bonito jajajaja (sí era la morra de los plumones) pero incluso desde esa época (año 2013) yo me acostaba tarde para ver a mis ídolos (Luis Chataing y Erika de la Vega) en sus programas de televisión (Chtng TV a las 12:00 am en Televen y a Erika Tipo 11 a las 11:00 PM por Venevisión plus) para luego pararme temprano y escuchar a Luís en su programa de radio en La Mega en la mañana y en la tarde pasaba a Onda para escuchar a Erika junto a Ana María Simón.

Les echo todo este cuento, para que tengan el contexto de la Virginia del 2013 que admiraba a aquellos increíbles profesionales, a esos duros de los medios de comunicación, quienes trabajaban en el circuito radial unión radio, circuito en el cual ahora yo tengo mi propio espacio para poder ser yo y expresar mis ideas y opiniones, siempre desde el humor. Es precisamente trabajar en La Mega, mi emisora favorita y soñada lo que lo hace aún más especial.

La Mega siempre ha sido referencia del estilo, alternativo, rockerito e irreverente. Ser locutora Mega, es permitirte hacer radio con la libertad que te ofrece su línea editorial para que puedas ser tú mismo, sin tabúes ni restricciones, ni posturas. Simplemente tú, con todas tus singularidades y dejándote conectar con un montón de personas más, a las que nos une una misma pasión: la música.

Mi programa se llama: "Con Todo Respeto" y se transmite en vivo de lunes a viernes de 3 a 4 pm. No estoy sola, comparto el espacio junto a mi compañero Dimitri Sánchez, con quién me divierto mucho debatiendo temas actuales y mostrando los diferentes puntos de vista que se pueden tener de un mismo tema, tomando en cuenta nuestra diferencia de edad de al menos unos buenos casi 10 años.

Me enorgullece demasiado contarles que estuve trabajando en todo el proceso de creación del programa, desde el nombre hasta la mayoría de las secciones, lo cual lo convierte en aún más especial para mí porque lleva mi esencia en cada detalle.

También para el equipo del programa necesitábamos a un productor, quien es la mente brillante y responsable de que el programa salga al aire todos los días con contenido que valga la pena y que tenga mucho por aportar. Para ese rol tan importante, invité a la hiver y mi amiga Hive account@cami.rojas a unirse al team y el resto es historia.

Hoy finalmente cumplo tres semanas un día al aire y la emoción del primer día aún no se ha perdido. Claro que a medida que pasan los programas me siento mucho más confiada y suelta. Creo que todos los días podemos aprender cosas nuevas y mejorar y realmente me emociona pensar que me tendrá el destino preparado para mí dentro de quizás 10 años más. Espero seguir trabajando en lo que me apasiona y seguir formándome profesionalmente para cada vez que se enciendan los micrófonos y las cámaras dar solo lo mejor de mí.

It is precisely working in La Mega, my favorite and dreamed station, what makes it even more special.

La Mega has always been a reference of style, alternative, rockerito and irreverent. My program is called: "Con Todo Respeto" and it is broadcasted live from Monday to Friday from 3 to 4 pm. I'm not alone, I share the space with my partner Dimitri Sanchez, with whom I have a lot of fun debating current issues and showing the different points of view that can be had on the same subject, taking into account our age difference of at least a good almost 10 years.

I am very proud to tell you that I was involved in the whole process of creating the program, from the name to most of the sections, which makes it even more special for me because it carries my essence in every detail.

Also for the program's team we needed a producer, who is the brilliant mind responsible for making sure that the program airs every day with worthwhile content that has a lot to contribute. For this important role, I invited hiver and my friend Hive account@cami.rojas to join the team and the rest is history.

Today I'm finally three weeks one day on the air and the excitement of the first day has not yet faded. Of course, as the programs go by I feel much more confident and loose. I believe that every day we can learn new things and improve and I am really excited to think what destiny will have in store for me in the next few weeks. I hope to continue working in what I am passionate about and continue training professionally to give only the best of me every time the microphones and cameras are turned on.
