Hola querida comunidad, bendiciones para todos, hoy nuevamente con todos en donde les voy a compartir con ustedes un pequeño paseo que realicé junto a mi esposo por un lugar donde nos deleitamos con unas ricas cocadas, este lugar se llama El kiosko azul situado en la ciudad de Maturin y el cual es manejado por su propio dueño, esto sucedió en una pequeña salida que realizamos para hacer algunas compras en donde pasamos por el lugar y no dude en bajarme y probar ya que es algo que me gusta mucho de esta zona, lo mejor de todo esto es que su dueño muy gustoso nos permitió tomarle fotográfias ya que es algo que siempre tengo en cuenta ya que a muchos no les gusta que los capturen.
Este establecimiento se encuentra en plena avenida de la ciudad, un lugar que es facil de llegar, donde se puede apreciar como es su preparación y la puedes degustar acompañada de ricas galletas, canela y la que no puede faltar la rica leche condensada, le puedes pedir con el topping que desees ya que es algo que queda a tu interés. Una vez en la ciudad de Maturín, lugar donde vive mi hija y razón por la cual siempre estoy viniendo muy seguido, quise salir a ver qué me encontraba de bueno, es por eso que recordé las palabras de mi amiga en su publicación y quede encantado, es por eso que fui a visitar el lugar, también fuimos y recorrimos las instalaciones del Gran Hotel Tibisay el cual era un lugar que hace un tiempo se encontraba en plena remodelación, pero en esta visita nos dimos cuenta que todo ha mejorado, entramos con la intensión de preguntar precios y paquetes, luego salimos de sus instalaciones y nos dirigimos un poco más allá, pero pasando por la avenida vimos a lo lejos el kiosko, es por eso que llegó directo a él. Una de las cosas que más disfruto es la buena atención y aquí es así, a pesar de que el local es algo pequeño, su instalación es más grande, tiene sillas y mesas hechas en concreto, posees un puesto donde venden cocos fríos y al menos un mural muy representativo de este lugar, después podemos observar que posees punto de venta y otras formas de pago ya que esto es importante a la hora de hacer nuestro pago.

Una vez que comienza la preparación nos damos cuenta de todos los pasos ya que está a simple vista, es decir que podemos observar desde afuera lo que le agregan, es por eso que una vez que la mezcla está casi lista, solo falta el toque del agua de coco, luego se le agrega la canela, las galletas a nuestro gusto y para finalizar la leche condensada, les cuento que todo quedó divino, mi esposo me dijo: me tomaré otra, porque están muy sabrosas, es por eso que hubo una pequeña repetición por parte de él ya que el dueño con gusto le proporciono un poco más, como dicen en Venezuela, le dio la ñapa. El carisma del dueño nos gustó mucho, porque hacia de cada cosa un chiste, hasta una pequeña pecera que tienen al frente atrajo la atención de la gente, porque no eramos solo nosotros en el lugar, en el mismo se encontraban varios esperando por su cocada, aunque existe una hora muy específico del día en que esto de llena, la puedes pedir tanto para llevar como para deleitar en su lugar, lo más importante es que quede complacida y supe lo realmente buenas que son, es decir que los comentarios que se hizo de la cocada no son mentiras, es decir que acertaron en el punto de sabor y calidad.
Pedimos que alguien nos tomara algunas fotos para el recuerdo, pero les digo que el sitio es muy visitado y el precio muy asequible al bolsillo, solo me queda la satisfacción de poder visitar este lugar próximamente cuando tenga el dinero suficiente, una de las cosas buenas es en el sitio es que vimos como un muchacho pelaba y cortaba los cocos, el agua las guardaba en botellas de refresco para luego ser utilizada en la preparación de nuestras sabrosas cocadas o también para la venta ys que existen personas que les gusta tomar agua de coco con cotidianidad. Hoy en día puedo decir que tengo un lugar para disfrutar junto a mi esposo en nuestros viajes a la bella y maravillosa ciudad de Maturín, al igual que este lugar también he llegado a conocer otros que de alguna u otra forma les daré a conocer a ustedes por aquí, me gusta poder conocer cada rincón de mi bello país, en especial esta ciudad que se ha tornado interesante para nosotros la familia, espero volver pronto.
