Last Caturday sharing, I shared with you that there’s a new kitten in the house, and it’s Alaska. For the past days, I was quite anxious about that kitten because usually Chicha’s kittens don’t survive long. So as much as possible, we monitor and always guide Chicha where he is because at moments, she forgets where she puts her kitten.
Also, there are times we hear the kitten cry because Chicha has already slept on top of her. Her other kitten was not so fortunate like Alaska because he died, and we deduced that it’s because Chicha slept on him. It’s not Chicha’s first time siring kittens, but I don’t understand why she seemed clueless on how to look after them properly.
Anyway, this morning she left her kitten again, and since the spot where she put Alaska was getting hot, we decided to move her. Alaska slept comfortably in my younger brother’s bed, and he just wakes up whenever Chicha feeds her. We let her sleep until late afternoon, and when we felt that it was not hot at her usual sleeping spot, I transferred her back to it again.
I laid him on our old pink cloth, and of course, at first he was fidgeting when I put him down. I placed him with his belly down, but it seems he doesn’t like that position. He fidgets for a while until he finally finds his comfortable position. When he did, I finally left him, and it wasn’t long before Chicha went inside to find and feed him.
And that would be all for today, fellow cat lovers! I hope you’re all enjoying your Caturday with your feline companions, and before I forget, today’s Valentine’s Day, so happy Valentine’s Day to y’all!
