Hello, beer fellows and #beersaturday buddies! How are you? We are in some rough times of crypto prices, but it is the weekend and our favorite contest is here, so let’s forget about the problems and have some good time in the company of some nice beer!
Today I chose a special pick and even if Sunday is not my most active day, I decided to grab the “Workhorse”. I think that it looks more like a bull, from some distance, but having a closer look you can see that the stylized image represents a horse… for real!
This beer is brewed by the Sofia Electric Brew team from Bulgaria and its style is the juicy and easy drinking NEIPA. Though… you should be very careful with it, because of the higher alcohol content. This juiciness can be quite tricky and make you a bad favor!
Pouring this lovely one in glass already gives me some pretty amazing vibes and I can clearly smell the freshness and the divine scents of modern citrus flavor hops. I can barely wait till I pour it all and I can finally proceed to tasting it.
The beer is really hazy and great looking for a Hazy IPA. It develops some pretty thick and nice head, which turnes out to be definitely long lasting. Someone wants to make me company with this one?
In the mouth, there is nothing wrong with the workhorse and I enjoy my every sip a lot. I can only admire how these guys make their beers taste so flawless every single time. This beer brings utter joy into my lazy Sunday… What a workhorse!
There is only one issue with beers that are brewed so well… they tend to end quickly and you definitely want some more, but in order to keep my mind clear, I better avoid another high alcohol beer. It is not a problem at all, but the three kids want some good attention allmthe time. Maybe when they fall asleep tonight? Ot maybe when they fall asleep in the evening it is time for some good Single malt Scotch…
