Beer Wednesday: the outsidening
When it's hot weather
All kinds of beer taste better.
The day before Thirstday
Our third Beerketeer is in London right now. And he's in a pub, while the two leftovers are dans le petit jardin. We're having all kinds of beer. Started off with the Kees - Mosaic. Not too heavy at 5.5 percent. Very refreshing on a hot summers eve.
Next up a was a Founders - Porter, coming at 6.5%. As dark as oil with a nice bittersweet balance. Really a good nose attached to that one. And we've arrived at the next Founder's one. That's a Breakfast Stout at 8.3 percent. Another dark chocolate one, a little more bitter than the Porter.
So far no bad ones. And we've got two Tripels left. The Cornelis and the Vet {EN: fat} & Lazy - Je Moeder {EN: Your Mother}. For this evening's final drink we have to drink the Kees - Caramel Fudge. That one is quite heavy at 11.5 percent.
While our mate over in Brittany seems to have had an Hobgoblin already. Seems like a good choice.
Anyway, we're having a nice tastening overhere in the North-East of the Netherlands.
Have a great one!
The choice for this evening.
