, a blonde beer accompanied by pickled eggplants and salamis. My mother had a Pomelada with strawberries and garlic toast, as we went for a stroll to the San Telmo Market in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so she could see it, as we hadn't been able to come on several occasions.
The blonde beer is perfect for these hot summer days, and the accompaniments were spectacular! Very refreshing and light, an excellent draught beer!
Later, I came across a very unique craft beer called Bazinga! (Peñón del Águila), made here in Argentina. It's a somewhat bitter IPA, with plenty of citrus flavor and a bit of thickness. I quite liked it after chilling it at home. I enjoyed it a lot and would buy it again without hesitation. Cheers!
