The Legend For A Legend

Today is another beautiful day to be alive and, today is the last weekend in the month of April. This is my entry to this week's #beersaturday by Hive account@detlev. I am very elated to be a participant. This story behind this week's #beersaturday begins with my wife going to the mall to get all that we need for the week. And, she eventually pick Legend Extra Stout for me. When I asked her why Legend for this week, her response was that I am a living Legend and, I deserve the good taste of Legend Extra Stout. I felt very emotional and proud to have this woman in my life. The feeling of having someone, especially ones partner appreciating one is one of the best feelings ever. And, my day is made even before midday today.

This Legend Extra Stout actually made me remember that I am no longer growing any younger. It made me remember the story about how I fell in love with it as my first stout. I used to be a lover of regular beer, that is the regular Larger. Then we hosted a party and all that was served was this Stout, legend. The taste was different, that I took two more bottles to make it three. The rest was history, till date it still gives me that great taste of quality.

Legend Extra Stout is not just a regular beer for the Gen Z generation as they will not appreciate it that must as the Millennials. We know the quality of good Beer and that is what we go for. Unlike every other beer that is readily available every where. This is just for the oldies and it only appears in special places. The thickness of it is what caught my very attention and, that is what has created the bond till date.
