I was looking at my old pictures of my visit to Sweden in 2012 and I came across some cool pictures of our visit to Chili Masala on the occasion of my borther’s Birthday. It was 23rd Aug 2012 and I do remember that I and my sister in law pushed my brother for the treat or dinner outside, after so much of hard work, he finally agreed to take us all to Chili Masala. It was the nearest Pakistan/Indian restaurant for us, just couple of stops away from our home.
As you can clearly see, my brother was not looking happy as he was not in the mood maybe because he didn’t want to spend money on his birthday party or could be some other reason but who cares hehehe we want the party. however, he was still trying to look happy and in the end, he was all good and we were happy to see his smily face.
I don’t know why but my brother don’t like the food there but I do like their Naans and curries, it was not that bad. Their taste was on average but the owner Mr. Tony makes it more delicious through his words and I really like the way he serves the food on the table hahaha Kids were enjoying their time with me, having some jokes around.
My bro ordered the food. I was very hungry and anxiously waiting for the food to arrive.
Kids love the chicken tandoori and enjoyed their meal. On the other hand, I love anything but with Naan. I am the finisher who don’t waste any food or leave behind any food on the table.
I said OLD chili Masala because it has been relocated by the owner Mr. Tony and now it is Punjabi Masala which I came to know through my nephews. Now, they don’t visit this place that much as we used to do when I was there in 2012. New Chili Masala is at new location and yes, they have much bigger space and quality is totally changed and improved, now my bro loves their food.
I have been to this old Chili Masala restaurant several times in my six month stay. It was always busy there and the space is not that much that is why also it always looks crowded. We had a good dinner party and enjoyed the food and time together.
