Heya, hivers! It's been a while since my last post here. I miss writing so badly but I wasn't in a good shape lately.
Last week, I had a fever and it's hard to do things the usual way when your body couldn't even get up in bed. It was gone now but it left me an aching wisdom tooth. I can't properly and have been on a soft diet since then until now, wherein I can only eat porridge. I lose more weight from but I'm trying to eat more with what I can to regain my strength.
Duties: Team Leader/Floor Marshall
After regaining some strength, I helped the team by ensuring security at the Symposium last Friday. Together with the other Safety Organization and the NSTP officers, we spread out on every benches and stood by the students on the whole program.
Before that, I gave them the other materials needed; the flaglets and the cut out arrrows for the Exit Guides. I was the in chargw with the handheld radios, so I synchronized them first and gave them gave out to the other Team Leaders.
I've already done the cutouts, soI delegated the other tasks to my junior. Wen out for lunch when were all set and came back before the even started.
We were in position as the Speaker finally starts discussing. Controlling the crowd that was coming in and out of the Activity Center and communicating with the other Team Leaders if there having issues which we can help with.
As the Symposium came to an end, we were the ones responsible to teach the students where their designated exits to avoid any possible incidents like stampede in the Exit Areas. In the end, the drill went well and the students went out safe from the Activitity Center.
Film Showing
We were required in our NSTP subject to buy a ticket and watch the film at Ayala Malls Central, given the call time 10:00 am. It was near my old place and it would be good for a morning walk but I don't a lot of strength for that yet. Still, I can barely eat until now.
We waited outside for an hour before entering the Cinema since there were other campuses who were watching also. Initially, I thought that we were the only campus required to do this but I was wrong to find that all NSTP students were required. It is a part of the project for the finals and maybe, they'll include this in our Clearances. I went home immediately after that. I still need more rest to recuperate.
That's all from my not-so-productive week. I hope I can make it up this following weeks for my inactivity here. By the way, thanks for reading!
