My First Solo Travel On Air: Onboard via Cebu Pacific
I presumed you are all excited to read about the wonders of those places I went through when in Manila. But, it was not that good as it seems. Anyway, I will be dividing this blog into two. For today I will be giving you my flight experiences and on my next blog you will expect to read about my "cadetship" journey and why it isn't that good.
It was my first time to travel all by myself via an airplane and I was so excited to finally get on boarded via plane. A day before my flight, I decided to go to Cebu City prior to my flight, for me to catch up my flight and go to the airport as early as I could. During the night, I wasn't able to sleep because of excitement, I guess this was just a normal thing for a first timer. I sleep late yet I woke up so early, at 3 A.M., I then packed my things up and have myself a cold shower. After bathing, I then have my hot coffee to have my stomach warmed.
Afterwards, I then called a taxi for me to get in the airport. It was just a no more or less 30 minutes travel via taxi going to Lapu-Lapu City where the airport is situated. At exactly 6 A.M., I have arrived at the Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA). It was my first time to see the MCIA, and I was so amazed with the architectural design of the airport, no wonder it was hailed as one of the best airports in the Philippines.
I then proceed to enter the entrance of the airport and there the security guards wanted to see my boarding pass and I then immediately gave my boarding pass. After seeing my BP, he then allowed me to enter. My flight is at 8 A.M., so I just waited at the bench for my flight. Passed are the hours, and it was time for me to get in the airplane, I can't explain what I feel but one thing is certain I am so excited since it was my first time.
I boarded via Cebu Pacific, and I am on the economy class. Bad thing is that, I am not seated near the window but anyway I'm still so excited. The pilot then announced our departure. Along the way, we experienced some turbulence but the cabin crews said that it was just normal to experience such. My experience was so memorable aside from it's my first time, it was like a roller coaster that pulled down your intestines down, HAHAHAH. I know it sounds so exaggerating but that's how I feel during the rising and taking off of the plane.
Shortly, after more or less an hour, we now have landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). I'm so excited to see how the National Capital Region (NCR) looks like. After going out at the plane we were then picked up by a bus going to a certain section of the airport. Shortly after, I then proceed to a fast food chain (Jollibee) inside the vicinity of the airport. I enjoyed my breakfast there and I am so excited to go through my destination. Catch up for the part 2 of this blog, there I will be sharing with you my "cadetship" journey and how it turns out. Thank you Hive Fam, until next time. Goodbye and have a nice day!
