According to research, Japanese people may have the highest life expectancy in the world or have a higher mortality rate, because of these reasons; healthy diet, exercise, and being in a community whose characteristics may influence others. A community is a group of people or an organization that shares common goals, interests attitudes, and values. They have strong social interconnections with each other. All these things are essential ingredients in the attainment of a healthy and fulfilling life.
BCBP is an ecumenical community wherein I and my husband is a new member. As new members, we need to explore and participate more in community gatherings and activities to acquire more knowledge and acquaint ourselves with some other members of the community and attend more training and orientation to prepare ourselves in case there will be a selection or appointment of new governance.
The event was held at Big Hotel, North Reclamation Area. The owner of the Hotel is also a member of the community. Not all members of the Bogo Chapter attended. Only those who committed to attain on that day. Supposedly, my first plan for this weekend is to attend the hive onboarding seminar at KNHS but unluckily I forget that it was also the same schedule as this event. I also committed the joint this event. Last time I was absent because I also attended the Bull or Bear Philippine Web 3 Debate. So this time I must be present at the regional breakfast so that the community wouldn't say that I already quit the organization. On the other hand, even if I'm not attending the Hive Onboarding Orientation but I still support the activity by sharing a little amount of food and being willing to accept new onboardees.
Some participants from Bogo Chapter who has a car did not bring their own instead, just rented a Car. We paid 7 thousand pesos for the car. Half of the expenses were being shouldered by the community and the other half was shared by six of us who choose to take a ride in the rented car. We left Bogo City by 4:00 am and arrived at the Hotel at exactly 7:00 am. We arrived very early and the activity will start at 8:00 am. Since there was no food yet on the buffet set up. We just had a coffee first. After which, we registered ourselves at the registration table to have our name tag and breakfast ticket.
Then we had our breakfast at exactly 8:00 am. The event ended at exactly 9:30 bringing with us the things we learned from the sharer." The couple shares how God interfere in their lives. They also emphasized that God's grace is always sufficient. This means we must be contented with what we have right now and that we must be grateful for all the time.
After the breakfast meeting was the orientation seminar and the launching of the official publication of BCBP named Lamdag and Elamdag.Then the orientation seminar on how to be a breakfast head or the rules and regulations of the breakfast team and how to conduct the activity followed. The orientation ended at exactly 12:30. We were almost hungry so we need to leave the hotel for lunch. While waiting for my co-participants I had an opportunity to stroll the hotel's yard and took photos of the nice views, These are the hanging plants that were hung on the wall. These were arranged perfectly. The plants were well-grown and they were grouped accordingly. These attracted me the
most since I am a plant lover. I got an idea about this and I plan to have this at home.
