In today’s post, I am sharing a photo from my last trip to Hong Kong in December. These pictures were taken at St. Joseph’s Church on December 5, 2025, at 5:50 PM, just before the 6:00 PM First Friday mass.
(My departure was already scheduled for the next day to fly back home to the Philippines.)
Christmas is coming soon, a cherished annual tradition for many of us. As I stood there, I thought about the first Christmas: Mary and Joseph waiting in a humble stable, surrounded by animals, just before the birth of Jesus. It reminds me that hope often begins in small, quiet places.
What you see here is the beautiful interior of St. Joseph’s Church.
