Good day hivers!
Hey! It's me, Leni. I'm 24 years old, a young woman who lives in a a country full of joy, love and happiness— Philippines.
You can also call me, "Len, Ne, Pals" these are the nicknames I grow up with. My brothers came up with it when I was young and I've been known by that nicknames until now.
Growing up in a household surrounded by my brothers, I used to wear my brothers clothes and play the toys and games that only boys should be playing that's why they called me "one of the boys" even if I'm the only girl in the family, except for my mother of course.
Being brave and independent are some of my attitude I'm proud of. I guess I learned it from them. Our parent raised us with love and comfort and protected me from the times that I can't protect myself. That's why I love them no matter what, they're the best ever.
As a student (College life)
I'm taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Filipino, currently in third year now.
I aspire to be a better teacher in the future, to be honest being a teacher is not my kind of profession. Taking up an entrance examination in accountancy is my first choice. Sadly, there's no slot left for me so I ended up choosing education as my course instead. For the past years of studying this field and course made me realize that I can fall in love with this profession, it became my passion and I dedicated my whole time for it. Being a teacher in the near future I'll make sure that my students learn from me as well as I learn from them. So, for the teacher out there,... Padayon!

Hobbies and interests
During my leisure time these are the things I love to do.
Reading, I love to read books, articles, magazines and other reading materials that helps entertain my mind. Reading is my way to escape reality especially through hard times because it makes me forget all the problems that I've been experiencing even for a while.
Writing, when I was in highschool I love to write poems, short stories, and even a novels. I also join in writing competition in school. In college I wrote couple of novels titled "Halfmoon on the rooftop" and "The blue valentine". I hope I can share these stories with you all as well.
Artworks, drawing is my hobby too. Doing sketches, painting and even digital arts as well. It was my pass time and I also do some sketches online. I made a couple of artworks since elementary until highschool but because college life's been so tough and busy I decided to pause for a while and focus on my studies.
Watching Movies, series and animes, mystery, sci-fi, action, and superhero movies are my favorite genres to watch, I've completed Marvels cinematic universe movies and series from Iron Man 1 up until Loki Season 2 and The Marvels who just recently released. I've been addicted to watch every one of this movies and majority of it I watched in cinema. Hunter x Hunter is the top 1 anime for me because I haven't seen One piece yet and my friends keep telling me to binge watch it, long time ago.
Why I joined Hive
To be honest, aside from public speaking, writing and being a writer is my strength. Through writing contents and blogs, I can express myself, share my feelings, and inspire people and Hive is the best platform to do my passion in writing and meet new people at the same time.
