Hi there, everyone! It’s me, Rhea again, and today I am going to share the continuation of my blog the other day, I hope you enjoy reading this blog thanks!
Since we all gathered and bought the things for our decorations, we didn’t hesitate to make an action plan for our upcoming event. And since we wanted to have a big party we set a date first so that we have a meeting so that we can make our party successfully organized.
As you can see in the picture we are so focused on our meeting (we were planning a funny games lol)
2 days passed and we all met up at my house to start for our decorations including the Photo Booth, hanging Christmas Tree and the backdrop for our party.
After that we then wrapped the gifts and the prizes for the games.
Just take a look at these guys we really gave our best to wrap the items HAHAHAHA.
After that, the most hard part, making the hanging Christmas tree. Anyway that was not my idea hehe. Since it’s my friend’s idea, me and my other friend assisted her so that she can do it perfectly.
Since it’s pretty exhausting i offered some chips for my friends so that they would not get bored hehe.
Later that afternoon, I told my friends that since our party is tomorrow morning we should clean our area first and then we could continue our decoration early in the morning. They all agreed and called our other officer mates to come to our venue since we need some extra hands.
Since that time was December and we expected that it would rain so we decided to put a waterproof cover in case it rains.
And anyway here’s our backdrop hehe. By the way my uncle offered to help us to make it.
Anyway since it was pretty late we decided to go home and continue our decorations tomorrow morning.
