Philconstruct is an annual event all over the Philippines where suppliers gathered together and showcase their for sale items hoping to gain more buyer. This year is my first time attending this event. Since the venue is in Waterfront Hotel & Csino, Cebu City for the Visayas, I decided to take a visit.
Quick disclaimer, I'm not much interested with construction and only visited the event to accompany Ben who's into these kinds of stuffs.
Before we can go inside, registration via QR is required.
As it turned out, this event is more like a networking event where a bunch of sales people are pitching their products and services. Good thing there are a lot of freebies and games for visitors to enjoy.
This must be the largest electric fan i've ever seen, the "Big Ass Fan' as it's called. It's length is about 6ft. I wish they turned it on so we could witness the velocity of the fan.
Then there are chandelier and other interior designs perfect for your home or establishment. Everything looks so elegant!
This game is common in arcades where the metal (or steel) should not touch until the end of the wire. Many tried this game but only few successfully finished the line. Winners are given prizes.
In the second floor is where safety items and generator suppliers are located. I figured that most of them are just agents and dealers but not really a supplier.
This is my favorite item so far- a real 3D virtual excavator. They promote a more safe and convenient way of construction by allowing the driver to simply maneuver the control box instead of physically going to the construction site and drive the construction hevicle.
And then here's the section where boys love to go to the most- because of these models. I've heard about this brand, a-plus, because they often send attractive models to their booths instead of experts. At first, i even thought their a makeup brand.
That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!
Sending some love and light
With love, Jane
