For months... or even a year, I have been planning to join this platform, HIVE. But my time was so focused on read-cash and noise-cash. Somehow, I wasn't able to find the time to join HIVE. Last week, I tried to create a new account. Unfortunately, I got the "IP quality score is poor" message... or something like that. I was using our Wifi, provided by our cable TV service provider. I guess they have very limited public IP addresses.
I have to switched to my mobile data and use my phone to create an account. That's how I was able to create my account in Agency.

Here's a little blooper when I created my account here. Five days ago, I created an account. However, I did not notice that I mis-spelled my user ID. Instead of jlinitiatives26, two of the i's went missing. I created jlinitatves26. I thought at first, I would just go with it. But it might cause some confusion.
I checked the Ecency FAQ page for a work around. The only suggested solution is to create a new account. So I did. I decided to use the same ID I used in read-cash, JLoberiza.
A Little Something About Me
I am a father of two young boys. I have a computer engineering background. Mostly, I worked in the field of Information Technology, particularly in the network infrastructure.
Lately, I started studying robotics and mobile app development.
But my passion lies elsewhere. I love to write and draw. Frankly speaking, I consider myself a frustrated comic-book artist. It's my passion that I did not focus on.
And oh... I love to teach as well. That's why I teach part-time in senior high in a private school here.
For over a year now, I have been writing mostly for read-cash and posting my photos and illustrations in noise-cash. I think I can do them all here.
To sum it here are the things that I love to do.

- Learn anything related to Information Technology

These are just some of the things that I love to do and might share with you through my writing.
My Initial Impression On Hive.
Coming from another writing platform, I find Hive a bit complicated. Although I have encountered the idea of Hive Power, Delegations, and the other terms used here, I still need to study them deeper if I want to maximize my productivity here.
From what I have observed so far, my "voting power" is still zero. I need to find out how to get the value up.

It's quite a comprehensive article that can be of great help to newbies like me.
In closing.
My journey here in Hive is just about to start. And the best way to start a journey is to prepare. So I'm going to read the FAQs and the Hive Basics For Beginners article to learn more about this beeutiful platform
