Hello my dear hivers! Hello my dear friends here in this lovely community! This is me again, "LJ" to share another simple and wonderful life story with you all. I am so glad that finally I am back here to write my life blogs.
Yesterday was one of those calm and satisfying days that felt simple yet comforting. I started my day feeling a little excited because I knew my online orders were arriving. In the afternoon, I received several parcels, and one item in particular instantly caught my attention. It was the reef diffuser from Doralia (name of shop) that I ordered online. It was even prettier in person. What I loved most was that it came with beautiful dried flowers inside, which made it look elegant and aesthetic.
I chose the okada and shangri-la scents, and both smelled so relaxing and luxurious, perfect for winding down at home. The seller also included a small thank you note, which made the purchase feel more personal and thoughtful. Small gestures like that really make a difference.
As the day went on, evening came quickly. and I started thinking about what to prepare for dinner. I decided to cook kimchi fried rice since I was craving something flavorful and a bit spicy. Luckily, we still had lumpia in the refrigerator, so I cooked those as well to complete the meal. Everything came together perfectly. I even remembered that we still had that homemade vinegar that I bought from Osave, which paired really well with the lumpia. Simple ingredients, but they made the meal extra satisfying.
To make dinner even better, I prepared my favorite berry juice with chia seeds. The combination was refreshing and delicious, and it felt nice knowing it was both tasty and healthy. Sitting down to enjoy my dinner, I felt genuinely content. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was one of those meals that made me appreciate being at home and enjoying my own cooking.
After dinner, I decided to relax and watch a K-drama on my iPad. I curled up comfortably letting myself get absorbed in the story. Watching K-dramas has always been my way of unwinding, especially after a long day. It helps me relax and forget about stress, even if just for a while.
By the time I felt sleepy, I turned off my iPad and went to bed feeling calm and satisfied. Yesterday reminded me that happiness doesn't always come from big events but rather from small moments in life like receiving parcels from online shops, cooking and enjoying good food, and ending the day with a show you love before drifting off to sleep.
And that's it for today's blog! Thank you for dropping by and taking the time to read my simple life story. I hope to see you on my next one. Have a nice day ahead to all of us!
