A Beautiful and Wonderful day to everyone!👋😊
Hello to all of my friends here and of course to all my dear fellow hivers in this lovely community!😍
How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. Here I am again, to share another simple life story with you all.💕
Yesterday was a special and heartwarming day for our family as we celebrated my cousin’s graduation from Senior High School. After the ceremony, our aunt invited us over for a simple dinner at their house. It wasn’t a big gathering, just our small family but that made it feel even more intimate and meaningful. Everyone seemed relaxed and happy, still carrying the excitement from the graduation earlier that day.
The table was filled with comforting and delicious food that my aunt ordered from a nearby resto. There was kare-kare, pancit, fried chicken fillet, sinigang, and for dessert we had cassava. We all sat together, enjoying the meal while sharing atories, laughter, and little updates about life. Moments like these remind me how important family time is, no matter how simple the occassion may be.
One of the sweetest parts of the evening was when my son gave his gift to to his uncle which was a box of Pepero. It wasn’t extravagant, but it was thoughtful and sincere. Seeing his uncle’s reaction made it even more special. He was genuinely happy and thankful, and it warmed my heart to see that simple gestures can bring so much joy!
After dinner, my aunt handed us the t-shirts we will be wearing for the procession. They have a saint that will be included in the Holy Wednesday procession, and we are all part of it. There was a sense of excitement as we talked about the event and prepared for the next day.
And that's it for today's blog! Thank you so much for dropping by and taking the time to read my simple life story. This means a lot to me! I hope you enjoyed it and see you on my next one. Have a nice day ahead to all of us.😍
