The familiar place you've only seen on social media is surprisingly different when you are the one who sees it personally.

Are you familiar with this view? This is the place I indicated last time , the paradise of one and only Maravilla Beach in Tabuelan! So good to finally witness this brilliant spot. It's a great pleasure that stepping in this amazing land for the very first time is indeed a great moment to keep. This is even more breathtaking than I imagined. Standing in the sand while captivated by the wonderful horizon in a distance.
This small road served as the entrance towards the beach. The surroundings contributed to a very welcoming atmosphere. There's a big leafy tree that provides shade on the area, a small little garden on the side with a " Welcome Visitor" sign that was perfectly placed. On the other corner, vendors cooked various foods and had different tasty snacks on hand , just in case.
Going closely to the beach, a small gate stood at the white sand. Across the sky above the beach, strings of small colorful small banners provide a welcoming atmosphere towards the beach. The bright colors of yellow, blue , pink and orange perfectly enhance the delightful spot. Moreover, several large trees near the ocean offer shade from the sun and two additional umbrellas offer extra shade.
My excitement overflowed as we stepped at the white sand because we were about to reach the ocean. But the worse thing is, I wore sandals at that time, my partner just laughed at me for the reason that in every step I made my sandals really sank into the sand since it was smooth, so in my case it's a bit difficult to get there right away.
However , despite the sandy struggle we still managed to take some photos. If you're confused why this is my outfit and not elegant or beachwear, it's because we just came here to visit before going to the location where we are actually heading and as an ocean lover, we enjoyed this place first. Also my partner wanted to take me there since I've never been to this place before.
This is it! We've finally met the sea. We stepped onto the fresh water while watching the cloudy painted sky meeting the blue sea, listening to it's wave , felt the freshness of air in the surroundings and unwinding my last few days scenarios . The slightly noticeable mountain in a far distance and a small boat shows up. Time flies very fast, so let's treasure some special moments in our lives.
The beach was filled with groups of people creating different activities and enjoyed themselves in any ways. Some of them played games, children had fun at the ocean and others sang karaoke.
And here we are, just standing on the edge and had nothing else to do but to look around, feel the fresh air and cold water flowing over our feet. The heat was intense , the sea was really calling us to take a bath, but we knew it wouldn't happen because we didn't bring any clothes to wear or to change just in case. Instead, we just enjoyed taking pictures in this paradise and maybe that's enough for now.
The surroundings are so spacious and beautiful, I'm not surprised why so many people want to return to this place and enjoy the atmosphere. If you also want to visit this place, it is located in Maravilla ,Tabuelan, Cebu . Since this is my first visit here , I'm still gathering information about the place, but regarding payment, only the cottage and vehicle parking. Also, expect crowds when there are events happening or celebrations.
Going to the far places might be tiring yet, worth it especially when you're with someone close to you. No matter how many challenges you may face, just being strong and not thinking negatively is one of the ways to achieve what we desire. Not totally a perfect time to visit this wonderful spot but at least I enjoyed the moment and explore the place even more together with someone who always support me in any ways.
