Hello, holla, bonjour my lovely readers and hiver's!How are you guys? how's life?I hope everyone is doing fine.Well... you are much very welcome to my blog dear and have a good time reading.Today I am going to share how my day went in our barangay fiesta.
It was a cloudy day yet everyone in our community are busy preparing for the procession of saints in our barangay to celebrate the fiesta of St.Cruz.Each sitio must join the procession of saints and because of that the people in our sitio unite to join the procession.
Our saint was sorrounded
by flowers in which we designed.I helped my tita in designing, where the flowers came from my neighbors garden. If you read my last blog about designing the chapel of our barangay I also helped them with the chapel's design. It really gives me the feeling of fulfillment everytime I help others.
I help others even though they didn't asked for help,if I see them struggling and feel like they needed my help I wouldn't think twice in helping them.I am not a type of person who just watch.
Back to what happened that day, after designing,we bring the saints to the chapel since the procession will start. But before that,we had a problem since we need a car for the transportation,so my tita really take the effort to find or rent a car for the transportation and thankfully one of our neighborhood offered to take the saint to the chapel using their car.
When we reached the place,it takes a minute before the procession started since there are other sitio who are late so we need to wait for them.Without further a do,the procession started but suddenly in the middle of the procession the rain poured and sadly we didn't bring any umbrella with us.We continued the procession even we are so wet.
After the procession we take a rest in the chapel since the rain didn't stop. After taking our rest we decided to go home since the sky is already dark so we just walk while bringing the saint and its karo back to our sitio. It takes us 20 minutes to be back in our sitio.
These kids are the one who carried the saints and with that I see their dedication to serve for God.Even it is raining I still see that they enjoyed their day,it is really visible in their eyes that they are happy with what they are doing.
While bringing the saints back to our sitio instead of feeling sad because it rains yet they enjoyed and play with the rain.I guess rain really makes the kid happy.
