There is no other better way to spend good time with friends and more to the point when they are biting a sweet bite. The last time I had the privilege to follow a wonderful expedition with my friends and we sampled all kinds of sweets, cakes, milk tea, soda and milk shakes. It was a good date and this blog is the description of the atmosphere and even the bliss we felt. We chose to go to a cafe with a small size but serving delicious desserts and lively atmosphere. The sweetness of freshly baked cakes greeted us upon entering the inside and our mouths got the sensation of watering. The cafe was also well decorated using pastel colors and fairy lights which made the cafe a very relaxing atmosphere. It was where one can laugh and spend money.
We sat in a comfortable position and then we eagerly read the menu with every one of us staring at his or her favorite menu. There were various tempting cakes sweet chocolate, fruity cheesecakes and bright layer cakes all over the exhibition stand. We decided to order a bunch of them to have them all to taste everything. The cake we have selected is the chocolate cake, chilled mango cheesecake and the traditional red velvet cake. The dishes were exquisite and we had some difficulty to resist making a few photographs and then to eat. We were smiling at each other biting as it was so good in our mouths with rich flavours and creamy textures and we could not help enjoying the process.
in order to extinguish our sweet banquet we ordered a beverage combination. My preference was a cool tea of milk and tapioca balls whereas that of my friends was a colored milkshake and soft drinks. The milk tea was just rightly made, not too sweet, not too creamy and the milkshakes were loaded with fat, whipped cream and chocolate syrup drops. We felt like friends and fun when we were toasting our beverages. We would joke on what we did yesterday and what we are going to do tomorrow. Food experience with a fantastic company could not have been overlooked.
We chatted with no obstacles as we were eating the cake and drinking. We talked about all the favorite film and dreams and ambitions. Everyone else was laughing and talking in the cafe but in our small section we were in our own universe, and we had something to tell each other. It was a merry atmosphere and I could not but thank God I had friends. It is one of the reasons why I think that I should have left my hectic schedule and connected with my key people.
An excursion in the cafe was a wonderful thing. I will not forget the experience because of the delicious cakes and refreshing drinks and the good friends. In the sheer, laughing, and speaking of heart: a day to be remembered, that the sweetest things might befall in the most commonplace situations. When we were shaking hands out of the cafe we vowed to one another that we should make it a habit that we would come to see new places and have an opportunity to enjoy new delicacies together. Friends are not that bad as staying alone!
