Good day Hive nation and to all of my very own fellow hive PH out there. It's been a while I've been quite i think it was 2-3 years but nevermind about it because today i want to share our monthly feeding program. Every month we do this activity as an employee of CIA Cebu International Academy i was given a task to set a venue since i am loving this kind of doing i am also happy that my boss trusted me to do this task. 2 weeks before the feeding program to those little angels i look for a venue who are really in need to be feed and more childrens, i found this area near qt the seashore in lapu lapu when i checked the area i saw a lot of childrens which is the one of our target to feed those children and let them enjoy with our games together to our international students from different places all over the globe.
Even it was a bit so shiny that the heat hits about 36 degree Celsius the childrens are still enjoying the game under the heat of the sun, i am also glad that our students having fun also and doesn't mind the heat of the sun as long as they saw a happy faces of those children playing. They played paper dance, be the first to pick and longest ryme of their voices. The winners of the game will recieved a dozens of food and sweets. We also gave some numbers to those parents who participate to our feeding program because we are given away 50 pieces of 5 kilograms sacks of rice for the parents who will win the reffle. We just raffle thos rice because we can't accommodate a total pax of all families in this area so to be fair we just raffle it.
After a long and tired games with those children we finally proceed to our main porpose to feed those little angels the feelings was unspeakable to see those beautiful smiley faces of those childrens while recieving their foods was really a good feelings that even in our hard times on having sweat and being under the heat of the sun for almost 4 hours it was really a paid off sacrifice. Since we are preparing a total of 250 pax of food for all of those children we have a lot left since the childrens are just around 180 pax so we also gave foods to their parents.
After feeding those little childrens we're not done yet we have a lot of used clothes, towels shoes and slippers given to our very own students who checked out. Inside our School premises we had a donation box we're they can live their unused things that they won't anymore. And every month we collect all those things and gave it all to the parents who attend the feeding program. It is just a small things but it made a really big impact to all the people who recieved those donations from our students.
