I don't like traveling. I really don't like going far places, and all I want is to just lie on my bed. Sitting in the van or any vehicle transportation is not my thing because it's hurt my butt and I am not comfortable sleeping on the chair. But that was only before.
Because I realized that we just have a short span of time to live in this world, it's a waste of time if we can't visit or travel to the beautiful places in our country and create some good memories with our family, friends, and other important people in our lives while we are still alive. Am I right?
As for me, I would choose to travel with my "special someone" in the future. I would like to experience eating a lot of different delicious foods from different places. I would like to visit some beautiful and relaxing places with him. I would like to make my phone storage full of different angles of our photos and remember and treasure those memories with him forever. Oh gosh! Why am I being so very corny right now? I'll just mention some vacation spots in our country that I'd like to visit. Lol
So here are the beautiful places that I would like to visit or stay for vacation:
No.1: Baguio City, Philippines

One of the most beautiful places here in the Philippines is Baguio City [2]. When I was a kid, my family and I traveled to Baguio City to hang out and we ride swan boats in Burnham Park
I choose Baguio City because, aside from Burnham Park, there are a lot of beautiful places that I haven't visited here yet. Like:
- The Mines View Park
I already visited this place with my sister before and I already experienced wearing their Igorot clothes.
I was 16-17 years old at that time back then. I am not sure of my age here because all I remember is being in Grade 11 during that time. Anyway, I still chose to visit this place again because the view is really beautiful and I would like to experience seeing the sun rise just like in the image that I uploaded above.
I would like to visit this place because of this bridge. I would like to experience what it is like in China without going abroad or traveling abroad and just go here. Actually, the example image above is kind of old now and, according to my cousin who visited that place recently, the flowers are blooming there already and it's so beautiful.
- Valley of Colors (and it's also known as colored Houses)
This place is just a place where you will be surrounded by colored houses. However, I still want to visit this place because of the vibes it gives off, like I was in the Korean drama. I wonder if I will go there and I will be able to find my Oppa. CHAROUGHT! I just want to see it on my own and experience walking on their hanging bridge and taking some photos as if I am the lead in a Korean drama. Lol
This one has a good view too, according to the people around me who just got there and visited this place. However, it was nice to go here when the sun was like this, just like in the image above. I would like to experience seeing this kind of beautiful view.
Many people visit this place after the time that we are allowed to go out and after many years of being locked-down in our houses because of the Covid-19. However, I didn't get a chance to visit this with my sister because I was still scared of going outside and traveling to the other places because I am scared of being infected by this disease. Baguio was still not safe before and a lot of people visit that place.
Anyway, this place is a very nice place and I can tell that I can enjoy visiting it even though it's just a stone, but of course as a show of respect to the people who built this kingdom using their own hands, because according to the Google about the history of the Igorot Stone Kingdom,
"The Igorot Stone Kingdom is a man-made park and it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Baguio City. It showcases the Igorot rock-laying skills, their creativity as well as their indigenous culture, values, way of life, and tradition". Source
And I would also like to experience hanging out at night on their night market. because I have never had experience of going out or hanging out at night.
No.2: Vigan City, Philippines
Believe it or not, but I have never visited Vigan yet. We have a field trip here during our high school days, but my Mom doesn't let me experience it. That's why I include this on the list because I like to experience traveling here.
Calle Crisologo is one of the most beautiful streets in Vigan City, Philippines.
I would really like to go here because I would like to experience riding in their traditional Kalesa because we are in a new era now and being here at this kind of place will allow me to experience living in the era of our country's history because

Aside from traveling to their historical places, I would also like to experience eating their famous food in their places, such as their:
Bagnet is locally also known as "Chicharon". I know that we all have our own kinds of recipes for how to cook this one, but I would also like to experience eating this one using their traditional recipe.
No.3: Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines
I am not a fan of swimming and or diving in very deep water, but I would like to visit Ilo-Ilo beaches and islands such as: Islas de gigantes,Conception, and other island of Ilo-ilo. Aside from these beautiful places, another beautiful place captured my attention while I was searching for some beautiful tourist spots in Ilo-ilo City and this is the Garin Farm.
At first, when I saw this image, I thought, "Biyaheng Langit yern?" but honestly speaking, I really like the view. I got a combination of an art and a history vibe because of the stone angels with their trumpets, and I saddenly remembered my favorite Greek Mythology story of Eros and Pysche/Cupid and Pysche by Lucius Apuleius and I would like to visit this place because it's very unique and cool.
Aside from their lovely locations, I'd like to try their Chiken Binakol.
They have a lot of delicious traditional foods, but this one caught my attention because it is similar to Chicken Tinola, although they use coconut meat and coconut water, which makes this dish unique, and so I would like to try the taste of this delicious food.
Conclusion...
I know there are many beautiful places in our country, Philippines, but I chose these three: Baguio City, Vigan, and Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines, because I like refreshing places, places with historical vibes, and places that are not boring because I will enjoy traveling because of their beautiful surroundings.
And these are all the places that I would like to visit and foods that I would like to try when I get a chance to have a vacation. This is my entry for
