If your videos are featured and, especially, if they appear in front of the “right” audience, they will get a lot of views. But, for example, if my content appears in front of someone who follows fashion, they won't even watch the second second of the video, so my video won't get any traffic. It's a matter of patience. I'll be creating content there for a few months and see how things go.
