Ven a esta caminata conmigo en la comuna de Les Gets, Francia
Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive y Full Deportes, espero que estén pasando un hermoso día. En esta oportunidad estaré llevándolos a pasear por un pueblo de Francia.
¿Cuándo llegué a Francia? Pueden preguntarse, jeje. Pues hace unos días. Estoy en Les Gets, un pueblo de Los Alpes franceses cuyas montañas se encuentran entre Los Alpes suizos e italianos.
Estoy en el medio de una montaña aquí, y la señal es muy muy mala. Las fotos demoran 3-4 horas en cargarse y los videos han llegado a tomar 13 horas en cargarse, y a veces, tras esas 12 horas, la carga resulta fallida.
Por eso es que durante un tiempo, aunque lo seguiré intentando, no creo que pueda compartir con ustedes un buen video. Todavía me queda compartir con ustedes un video de Yoga que filmé en Argentina y que me traje para editar y subir en el camino, por lo que espero hacérselos llegar pronto.
Mientras tanto, compartiré mis caminatas y espero que Yoga también en formato de imagen y texto. Intentaré hacerlo dinámico para no aburrirlos.

Hello my dear friends from Hive and Full Deportes, I hope you are having a beautiful day. This time I will be taking you for a walk in a village in France.
When did I get to France? You may ask, hehe. Well, a few days ago. I am in Les Gets, a village in the French Alps whose mountains are located between the Swiss and Italian Alps.
I'm in the middle of a mountain here, and the signal is very very bad. Photos take 3-4 hours to upload and videos have taken up to 13 hours to upload, and sometimes, after those 12 hours, the upload fails.
That's why for a while, although I will keep trying, I don't think I will be able to share with you a good video. I still have a Yoga video I filmed in Argentina that I brought with me to edit and upload on the road, so I hope to get it to you soon.
In the meantime, I will share my walks and hopefully Yoga also in image and text format. I will try to make it dynamic so as not to bore you.
Creo que estas imágenes les gustarán. Fue sumamente difícil la selección, y a pesar de la dificultad en la carga, decidí subir varias, para poderles mostrar la caminata.
Aquel día caminé 11 kilómetros en un suelo nevado y algo congelado. De esos 11 kilómetros, 6 corresponden a mis desplazamientos normales aquí en Les Gets, y 5 kilómetros son específicos de esta caminata/ trekking (en distancias aproximadas).

That day I walked 11 kilometers on snowy and somewhat frozen ground. Of those 11 kilometers, 6 correspond to my normal commute here in Les Gets, and 5 kilometers are specific to this hike/trek (in approximate distances).
La caminata se extendió desde El Parking Les Perrieres hasta Alta Lumina, en donde se encuentra el lago de esta comuna.
En la caminata, hay que tomar primero la ruta, hasta llegar a una colina, la cual hay que un poco escalar, entre rocas, nueve y troncos de árboles. No logré tomar foto de ello porque estaba muy concentrada en no resbalarme.
La colina es muy amable y sencilla, pero lo que añade el desafío, es la nieve y el hielo.
The walk extended from Les Perrieres parking lot to Alta Lumina, where the lake of this commune is located.
On the hike, you have to take the road first, until you reach a hill, which you have to climb a bit, between rocks, nine and tree trunks. I didn't manage to take a picture of it because I was too concentrated on not slipping.
The hill is very gentle and easy, but what adds to the challenge is the snow and ice.
Claro que este lugar es espectacular para esquiar, pero yo no esquío, jeje, estoy juntando coraje para tomar algunas lecciones y compartirlas con ustedes.
En verdad no es algo que “me asuste”, pero una chica principiante se fracturó un tobillo la semana pasada, por lo que eso me dejó pensando si en verdad quiero o no intentarlo.
Igualmente, las caminatas son hermosas, y allí mismo, en Alta Lumina (es un bosque encantado hecho para los turistas que actualmente está cerrado), encontré un pequeño gimnasio al aire libre, así que es probable que en breve vean algo relacionado al respecto en mi blog, jeje. Le tomé una foto para compartirla con ustedes.
Of course this place is spectacular for skiing, but I don't ski, hehe, I'm getting up the courage to take some lessons and share them with you.
It's not really something that "scares me", but a beginner girl broke her ankle last week, so that left me wondering if I really want to try it or not.
Anyway, the hikes are beautiful, and right there in Alta Lumina (it's an enchanted forest made for tourists that is currently closed), I found a little outdoor gym, so you'll probably see something related to it on my blog shortly, hehe. I took a picture of it to share it with you.
Esta fue una de esas caminatas que me dejó maravillada. El paisaje permanentemente llega al alma, y lo considero uno de esos ejercicios integrales en donde además de caminar y poner el cuerpo en movimiento, estamos actuando también sobre nuestra salud mental.
This was one of those walks that left me in awe. The landscape permanently touches the soul, and I consider it one of those integral exercises where in addition to walking and putting the body in motion, we are also acting on our mental health.
Espero poder subir un video en breve, a ver si encuentro la manera de hacerlo. Mientras tanto, los dejo disfrutando de la nieve y de un paisaje que al menos para mi es muy nuevo y placentero.
